Have had multiple visits and always recommend. Prefer the bar area over the dining room. I've tried multiple cocktails and all of them are fantastic. Put it on the list!!

We love Stone Turtle! One of our favorite places to eat. Had cocktails last night- La Socialista and Fencer. Sat at the bar and Miley was great! Turtle Mac and Cheese- yes please. Also had the Polynesian Ribs and Pork Chop. Food is high quality and I’ve liked everything I’ve ever had.

Let me first say that it was so uncomfortably hot in there, and when I said something to the waiter, he said it was to be expected because it was an old building. Next the food was extremely expensive. My bill was $200 without a lot of drinking and the food was very tasteless.

We made a reservation For brunch after moving our daughter to STL for WashU. Excellent choice! We enjoyed waffles and fruit, biscuits & gravy, the omelet and the salmon with avocado toast. All were presented beautifully and were tasty and fresh. Great French pressed coffee was also a bonus. Great service- will definitely be back!

We had dinner here before the Muny on Wednesday evening, we both were so very pleased. Our first time at Stone Turtle and certainly will not be my last. We ordered a few starters and asked our server to surprise us with a side as we had a hard time choosing, he picked the brussel sprouts which were excellent. Each dish we had was wonderful. My friend had the lavender spritz and I had the bees knees for our drinks, both were just as tasty as the presentation. I am planning to bring my husband for our next Muny night. Highly recommend!!

Three of us went for drinks and apps. Everything delicious and service outstanding. Servers very friendly and spent the right amount of time with us to select perfect drinks and food. We shared the Tiger Rolls (3 in the order) and the Brisket Dip sandwich (normally cut in 1/2, we requested it cut in 1/3). Tiger Rolls were fabulous and Brisket Dip was delicous. Drinks were top notch! Can't wait to return.

Anastasia took great care of our crew! She was friendly, attentive and flexible. The food was spectacular (the mushroom tagliatelle with shrimp added was amazing) and the cocktails were strong :-) 10/10 would recommend

Stone turtle has a cool ambiance. Our waiter was great, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was very good, portions are pretty large so unless you’re starving could definitely share a main course. We had the salmon, pork chop and taggalini dishes. All were quite tasty. Will definitely go again.

The smoky Bloody Mary and the crispy polenta cake were phenomenal!! The mushroom fontina omelette was really good; with fresh, high quality mushrooms that were not overpowered by the spinach and cheese!

GENISIS WAS AWESOME. The fondue board was okay--lots of ok bread. My porkchop was not medium but delicious nevertheless. The kids chicken strips were edible except one which wasn't. The kids mac and cheese was the same cheese as the fondue board, a cheese the kids (12 & 13) didn't like. The drinks were top notch. We adults will definitely be back! Thanks Genesis!

This was a great restaurant. We are from out of town and found it on open table. So happy we did! Great meal and the creativity in the food was next level. You even get a stone turtle in your drink to take with!

Some of the best cocktails I’ve had in awhile. Limited menu but both me and my wife were very pleased with what we ordered. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. Very reasonably priced. We absolutely go back! Great evening.

Our food was great fondue was decent asparagus was done perfectly. Steaks and pork chops were cooked as ordered. Service was wonderful knowledgeable about all beers. Just the loud noise from the bar was distracting

Our server was great. Loved the French press coffee. Food was just OK. Had to ask for the bacon for the two BLT sandwiches we ordered, which was lame. Minimal tomato on the sand which too. I had heard great things about the brunch, but was not impressed with the food.

The fish part of my fish and chips was way over cooked, mostly inedible. My husbands pork chop didn’t have much flavor. Drinks were good. Salad was great!

Great neighborhood place! The food is outstanding, and the bar has quite a variety of options. The smoked Old Fashioned is a particularly outstanding drink, which goes great with the pork chop!
