Thank you for making our anniversary very special. The food was great and the cheesecake was the perfect ending.
After reading the reviews I was a little scared, but after going for myself, I am very pleased that we did. We went for dinner and my wife and I both had the 8oz Ribeye steak. They were wonderful, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Will be going back again.
Too many kids crying. Our waitress did try and make them happy with some pre dinner food ! Steak was very salty! Salad was a lot of lettuce 1 grape tomatoe and 2 slices of cucumber, no enough dressing! The bread pudding was cold and the sauce was blah! Less than mediocre meal and very disappointing!
Great service, food and pricing!
Great overall experience.
Food and service were good.
However, it's not a special place to celebrate something very special like a wedding anniversary.
Ambiance and noise levels are much better at Outback Steakhouse and Longhorn Steakhouse.
Second attempt at enjoying this restaurant. We won't be back.
The food was fantastic! We had steak and salmon and both were excellent. The service was great. We will definitely be back!
We went to Stone Summit because they had the option for Gluten Free meals when I reviewed the menu on line. We went early, 5:15pm, so there would be less confusion in the kitchen when preparing a gluten free meal. Our waitress wasn’t very familiar with the nuances of gluten free because she said they would wash the cast iron skillet they normally cook the salmon in to make sure it was clean for my piece of salmon. First off, I don’t think you’re supposed to wash a cast iron skillet; and second, that’s not going to make it gluten free. Anyway- we discussed cooking the salmon in a regular clean pan and that seemed fine. I also asked for my vegetables to be steamed, no butter or spices. The meal came out and I could see the garlic butter on my veggies so I sent it back since I have a dairy allergy too. I found a manager and asked her to check on my meal while they prepared it again to make sure it was safe. She did so graciously, and brought the meal out herself. I checked the salmon and veggies with my Nima sensor and it was GLuten Free! The manager even gave us my meal for free because she said normally they are much better with allergies. I will definitely go to Stone Summit again. No one made me feel bad or strange for having the allergies. They were very nice and accommodating the whole time!
I love their steak onion soup. Had the impossible burger-delicious!
Second time here. Excellent as before. Casual atmosphere. Great for a date, meeting, or birthday dinner.
First time there. Steak was cooked perfectly. Savannah, our server, was exceptional. The Brussel Sprouts were incredible. We will be back!
The food and the service are always excellent. The prices are reasonable (some are a little on the high side). The specials are great. 'Especially on Tuesday night. You can't beat the 2 bacon-wrapped filets + salads and sides and two glasses of wine for under fifty bucks! The steaks were melt-in-your-mouth tender, and very flavorful.
Our server, Jamie was excellent and went along with our quirks. We ordered three appetizers which where all delicious - Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms, Potato Wedges and Shrimp. Then onto salads that came with main meals - loved the pretzel bread rolls - suggest to get dressing on side unless you like lots of dressing. Then we had desert before our main meal because we needed to make sure we had room - the Cheesecake was wonderful and the Gooey Butter Cake was good but would have been better if warm instead of cold. The main meals were good - we had a wide variety - Sirloin, Chicken w/ crab cakes, Mahi Mahi and Ribeye w/ scallops. All wonderful - the baked potatoes were very good. Thanks for the enjoyable evening.
Celebrating my husband’s birthday. Steaks were delicious!!!
Prime rib special was good. Fillet a little small for the price. Service was better than the food. We'll go back.
Probably not. Steak was not good at all. Appetizer was great. The rest of the food was below average.
Poorly seasoned apps, and entrees, do not meet my expectations.
We went to Stone Summit Steak and Seafood to celebrate our anniversary. The food was amazing. Our waitress, Melissa, was polite, funny, and she kept our water glasses filled, while making sure that everything was as we ordered it. We will go back again.
We were very comfortable, never were rushed, food was excellent and we will likely return.
The bar has a great selection and the filet was good. I would not recommend the beef kabob. The sirloin was tough and chewy and the vegetables were still raw with a char. I would try something different next time.
Service was very good. All of our food was good, but the amount of salmon on the salmon sandwich was very tiny.
The building is attractive outside and inside. My husband and I each ordered the steak kabobs. The meat was tough and the rice was a bit dry. We expected better and were disappointed. Two others in our party ordered the prime rib special. Both said that there was significantly more fat on the meat than they liked or would have expected. Unfortunately none of us will return to Stone Summit for a long while if at all.
Portions could be a little better. Bacon risotto had two bacon bits. Service was very good. We'll go back, maybe burgers and sandwiches instead of entrees.
We were celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary. It was an amazing dinner. Best part was definitely the Snickers Cheesecake!!
My steak was a little TOO well done and on the dry side, but still tasty. The waitress took my salad away before I was finished without asking me, so that wasn't good, but she was very attentive and polite throughout our dinner. We were a bit rushed at times and we specifically got there early so we had time to visit with people we hadn't seen in a while. Continued to feel like they needed our table for other guests.
Great spot.... would visit here more if they were part of the Open Table network.
It was our first visit to Stone Summit! I enjoyed the food and the ambiance! All the employees spoke to us when we passed them creating a nice relaxed atmosphere. I absolutely loved the fish and shrimp tacos and others at our table loved the Shrimp & lobster ravioli! I'll be back soon to try the Mahi Rockefeller and one of those delicious cocktails!
Great service,food and cocktails
The rewards point system is moving from an ap to something they track in house. I asked at the beginning about how to redeem points. The waitress left to get a manager. We had to wait for a manager then she had to see what they had in their system. I comped to the AP. They had shorted me 100 points and did correct it after some hassle. Only managers could talk about it and the waitress wouldn't take our order until the mess was figured out. Make sure u check ur ap and know what u have.
Filet was good, the scallops were very good, the asparagus was good, the Brussels sprouts were excellent, the pretzel bread was very good.
Good service and good food. I always enjoy my visits.
This was a returning visit, and once again the service was attentive, very pleasant, but not "smothering". The food was sooo good. We have shared our experience with many friends, as this was a celebration dinner for us and many wanted to know about our "night out".
Server was great food good nice time by all of us
My wife and I had seen the restaurant several times just driving by. We decided to check it out. We are really glad we did. The food was fantastic. I rarely say that about any place, but it was. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the shrimp and scallops were delicious. I even asked the waitress how they were prepared.
Our waitress was great and we never wanted for a thing.
We will be back often.
Our service was very good but the food was not as good as expected. We will not return.
The chicken with the cherry sauce over rice was excellent. The wines by the glass were surprisingly good quality. Beer on tap cold. Dessert options varied. A good find
The food was very good. The ribeye steak could have been a little bigger for the price but the service was excellent. Since we went in at four in the afternoon it was fairly quiet but I would like to try the restaurant and bar at another time of day. I bet it's lots of fun!
Calamari appetizer was cold. Both our meals were cold, the breading on the shrimp was over cooked, the fish had an extreme fish taste, server was marginal at best, drink refills were slow and he didn’t tell us of the specials that we overhead a waitress tell the table next to us after we had ordered. It was our first visit and we won’t be going back. Not great for our 27th anniversary celebration!
We walked in and were immediately greeted. The waitress was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care . The food was fabulous and my steak was perfect. My husband really enjoyed the coconut shrimp. It was much better than he’d has had before. We loved the restaurant and we will return often.
Very good overall from start to finish. Filet was on the mediocre side relative to price. Best place within 15 miles. Great stop before the movie across the parking lot.
