Stofa is built on a passion for food, traditional and modern cooking methods, and creativity. We look to the ingredients to bridge the gap between time-honoured techniques and modern progression, producing a comfortable, inventive, and evocative dining experience.

Stofa's name represents a place of warmth and comfort where people can gather to eat, drink and be with friends. We proudly support local and sustainable products, and participate in the farm and food community, all while providing guests with vibrant and engaging food presented in an approachable yet innovative dining setting.

Located in the vibrant Wellington West area of Ottawa, Stofa offers a 3 or 5 course table d'hote menu which changes regularly. We offer patio dining (weather dependent) and have a private room available for large groups or professional meetings.

Fantastic birthday dinner - service was attentive and kind - food was hot, fresh and delicious - wine suggestions were fun and delicious. Loved the ambient music at just the right level for conversation.

1st time visit .... had the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Great choices/flavours - excellent wine and attentive service. It was quiet the night we went and the spacing between tables made it very private & intimate. I would for sure go back as seasonal food changes.

The atmosphere, food and service is absolutely incredible. Stofa is a must visit in Ottawa, you will not be disappointed.

Great presentation and innovative combination of flavours served with superb polite, knowledgeable, easy paced sommelier. Family loved the evening out.

Great ambiance, we love that it is not loud and that we can chat without having to shout at each other across the table. The food is always so inventive. The portions are very large though, pace yourself! They make the best martini.

A wonderful spot to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Our server was excellent. She was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable about both the food and especially the wine.

The best part of the dinner was that Stofa team surprised us with the card and chocolates for our anniversary. We love Stofa!

Excellent service, creative wine list, delightful ambiance and quiet enough that we could have a pleasant conversation. Beautiful flavour combinations (we really liked the ling cod!).
