   My family and I spent the weekend in London to celebrate Mother’s Day! Enjoyed a nice outing on a beautiful day at this restaurant, the amount of hospitality Rui showed was incredible! He was very detailed, friendly, and have amazing recommendations. He even recommended a cocktail that’s not on the menu, this was so personable and made my mom’s trip even more memorable. Thanks for the great hospitality

   The food is the only reason it got a two star, we arrived at our table and could not hear ourselves think or speak to each other at the table. We went with the pre-theatre meal which is good value for money but if you go off menu it is highly expensive. The reception from the staff at the door was extremely welcoming. The service was extremely slow, none of the waiters seemed slightly interested in working. Asking to order was a struggle. We got two cocktails for a combined £34! The worst part is I would happily pay that for a good cocktail. However, the cocktail was undrinkable and disgusting. It was not only our opinion but the opinion of most of the restaurant as every other table was leaving with full/untouched drinks. The food was amazing and I can’t fault it at all. However, the meal was ruined due to the fact we could not even have a conversation at the table as the music was so loud. It caused the whole party to leave with headaches. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

   They accomodated us for a surprise 50th for the bottomless brunch and the food and service were unreal

   I feel like there bottomless brunch advertisement is misleading it’s not a bottomless brunch if drinking not included. You cannot advertise bottomless brunch for £49 and the drinks are not included, it’s very very misleading and I’m very disappointed by the service me and my friend received at the strand STK..

   Excellent value for money and one of the best pre theatre meals I’ve had. Service was a little slow to begin with but got better. Lacked a bit of ambience but got better. Would definitely visit again

   The venue and service were great. Steak was outstanding for flavour. however the drink prices are very high.as is the service charge.

   I’m not over exaggerating when I say this but this is quite possibly the best steak I have ever had in my life. I went for the Australian Ribeye and it just melted in our mouths. It is expensive but you don’t mind paying the money when you’re guaranteed a steak of this quality. The service was absolutely amazing we had Rui Martins looking after us and his service throughout the whole evening was top class. I will definitely be visiting this place again when I come back 11/10.

   We went to STK for their “Vibe Brunch,” expecting a lively atmosphere and quality food, but unfortunately, it delivered neither. For the price you pay, the experience was shockingly underwhelming. There was no “vibe” at all — no energy, no atmosphere — it felt flat and uninspired. The food was the biggest disappointment. We were first served the wrong starters, which was baffling given we had ordered all three options. When we finally got the right dishes, they tasted anything but fresh — the quality was extremely poor, as if everything had been microwaved. We raised our concerns with one of the waiters, but his response was dismissive — a simple “really, really” that gave the impression this was a common complaint. STK might have the name and branding, but the reality falls way short. I wouldn’t recommend it and definitely won’t be returning. I’ve been to many bottomless brunch spots before, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
