   STK Steakhouse - 3/5 stars Last week, my wife and I had an incredible 12/10 experience at STK Steakhouse in Salt Lake City. The vibe was fun yet relaxing, and our server, Brae, was outstanding, elevating the entire evening. We raved about it to family and friends, gave it a 5-star rating, and couldn’t wait to return with family to show off this gem. Unfortunately, today’s visit was a major letdown. We made reservations requesting a booth and Brae as our server, but neither was available. It would’ve been nice if the hostess had explained this upfront, as we were caught off guard by a loud middle table and a different server. The place was packed, and the music was so loud it was hard to converse. Last week, at the same time, it was only moderately busy, and we had no issues ordering a family board with entrées and sides. Today, our waiter said that it wasn’t an option due to kitchen constraints, which was confusing since Brae had made it happen before. He mentioned it might be possible on a Tuesday at 5, but that didn’t help us today. The food was still good overall—everyone enjoyed their dishes and drinks, though I found the salmon dry and overpriced. The pull-apart bread, while delicious, seemed noticeably smaller than last week’s overflowing portion. Our waiter was friendly but seemed overwhelmed, and the service struggled to keep up. The portion sizes also felt smaller compared to our previous visit. I’m disappointed because I know how amazing STK can be. Had this been our first experience, I wouldn’t recommend it or return. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I’d love to see STK consistently deliver the exceptional experience we had last week.

   Such an experience!!! Absolutely gorgeous, food was delicious! Music was fantastic/fun! Our waitress Serena was exceptional! All around amazing. And don’t even get me started on their rolls… yummmmm!

   We had drinks a few nights prior & decided to bring a group back for dinner. The bar tenders remembered us & welcomed us back, Marcus was incredibly welcoming as well!! We had a memorable evening!

   STK Steakhouse in Salt Lake City absolutely blew us away! My wife and I had an unforgettable dinner date, thanks to the incredible service, atmosphere, and food. Our server, Brae, was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, personable, and so easy to talk to. His menu knowledge was spot-on, and his recommendations elevated our meal to another level. The food was to die for, perfectly prepared and 100% worth every penny. Every bite was a delight, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. The DJ set the perfect vibe, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere that made the night even more special. And the drinks? Some of the best we’ve ever had in Utah—top-notch and expertly crafted. STK is a gem, and we’ll be back a hundred times over. Highly recommend!

   I ordered the 6-oz filet and absolutely loved it. It was cooked to perfection. Another one of my favorite items on the menu is the baby gem Caesar salad. This is one of my new favorite restaurants!

    We had a team lunch today at STK and I couldn't be happier with everything. Brad helped us out and took such great care of us! He had really great suggestions on what meals to order, and you can tell her really cares about seeing the place succeed! We had the Power Lunch and it was INCREDIBLE. You have to try the steak with chimichurri sauce. The atmosphere is fun, the staff and food is top notch. We will definitely be back soon!
