STK was ok but for the price certainly not amazing. Food presentation is bland. The recommendation was for the steak to be medium rare but they came medium to well done which reflected the time we had to wait which was surprising given the restaurant was not particularly busy. The staff were pleasant enough. On hindsight, I should have sent me meal back as the steak ultimately was quite dry but as I was entertaining a colleague it was not appropriate. The brocolini was very good (best part of the meal). For £10 the side of chips was very small (literally 10 chips). The complimentary bread was nice to start. Overall disappointing against expectations.

Food cooked to perfection, staff very nice, special thanks to Razvan who has ensured that our time at STK was perfect. It's a shame I don't know the name of Razvan's colleague, who was also very kind. Thank you STK for the suprise on our anniversary!

The restaurant is lovely, on the 18th floor of the hotel. It is well decorated and there are great views. The food was ok. Nothing more. I ordered the halibut & chips and my friend the flat iron steak. The fish was nice but it was served with five chips! I asked about this and was told this was normal. The dish was almost £40. Whilst I appreciate the restaurant is trying to be premium, it isn’t achieving this. The steak was also very fatty. The quality of the ingredients was not commensurate with the prices being charged. Our bill was £150 and in our view not good value for money. Style over substance.

Unfortunately there seemed to be a kitchen malfunction during our visit. We were waiting over an hour for our main course to arrive our waiter was lovely and apologised several times but it was out of her hands. When my food eventually arrived the potatoes were cold. I did say this to the waiter and she said she’d replace them. I waited and waited but ended up eating the cold ones instead. In fairness to her she apologised again and took my meal off the bill. It was busy but tables that arrived after us got served before us the manager never came near us despite being made aware of the situation. Very poor and grossly over priced. Won’t be back.

Booming music made it like a night club, not a place for dinner. Picanha was not tender and the ribeye had a strange texture. Service was excellent but meal was too expensive for what we received. STK Las Vegas was my last STK visit and much better.

Just a bit average - food very average, peppercorn a bit watery, steak ok but for a steak restaurant you would expect more. Ordered extra prawns, one came out looking like a blob of something but not a prawn - before we could finish our sentence to the waiter around why we felt the prawn should go back to the kitchen, he had already picked up the plate and suggested he took it back, which begs the question why the chef thought it was acceptable to send it out in the first place - went here for our wedding anniversary, hoping it would be a nice treat but just a bit of a strange with pretty underwhelming food, probably wouldn’t return
