Unfortunately there seemed to be a kitchen malfunction during our visit. We were waiting over an hour for our main course to arrive our waiter was lovely and apologised several times but it was out of her hands. When my food eventually arrived the potatoes were cold. I did say this to the waiter and she said she’d replace them. I waited and waited but ended up eating the cold ones instead. In fairness to her she apologised again and took my meal off the bill. It was busy but tables that arrived after us got served before us the manager never came near us despite being made aware of the situation. Very poor and grossly over priced. Won’t be back.

Booming music made it like a night club, not a place for dinner. Picanha was not tender and the ribeye had a strange texture. Service was excellent but meal was too expensive for what we received. STK Las Vegas was my last STK visit and much better.

Just a bit average - food very average, peppercorn a bit watery, steak ok but for a steak restaurant you would expect more. Ordered extra prawns, one came out looking like a blob of something but not a prawn - before we could finish our sentence to the waiter around why we felt the prawn should go back to the kitchen, he had already picked up the plate and suggested he took it back, which begs the question why the chef thought it was acceptable to send it out in the first place - went here for our wedding anniversary, hoping it would be a nice treat but just a bit of a strange with pretty underwhelming food, probably wouldn’t return

What a disappointment!! Heard such good things but this restaurant really fell flat. Ambience and vibe was good, music is a bit too loud though. Table for 10 was squeezed round 2 small tables we had to asked to be moved as it was so uncomfortable to be fair the staff obliged. Service was very slow, food mediocre and over priced. We had to send back a few dishes, received wrong cut of steak, chips uncooked no offer to replace. Was my son's 18th birthday and it spoilt the occasion. Table had an over £800 bill then we were expected to pay £5 per head to cut our own cake which is outrageous. I will not return!!!

Like a nightclub. Go here if you want to go to a nightclub. Go to a proper restaurant if you want to have a nice dinner in somewhere not resembling a nightclub.

Really bad brunch. The tables wasn’t big enough for all the guests emailed weeks before to confirm what it the best option and was advised she vibe brunch didn’t start at 12 as advertised the dj came at like 2pm hard to get your drinks as waiters always busy. Was a birthday booking would not advise to book for birthday was a regret for the money

We went for the Vibe Brunch and we also went for the bottomless option, the cocktails was made very well and the server was very attentive. The sharer starter was ok, the sharer dessert was disappointing but the New York Steak was delicious. The Vibe Brunch the way it has been shown on Instagram I expected more but the DJ was good.

We received our steak 15 minutes before our starter the steak sauces arrived 10 minutes after the steak we didn't even have cutlery for at least 5 minutes after the steak arrived. I ordered merlot but received malcec Food was very nice but service was awful I have never had my mains served before my starter or never had cutlery Overall not a good experience
