While the venue was nice, the food was average and the service was poor. Upon booking, we weren’t informed that they had an event later on in the day and we were rushed to order and finish our meal. On top of that, setup for the next event was happening during our Father’s Day lunch. Really disappointed by it all.

Even though the waiter was lovely, our food took over an hour and a half to arrive. My daughter, who is 3 and a half, was waiting over an hour for her food! As we had limited time (a 2 hour time slot) at the table, we were told to leave while still eating as they had a private event booked. This ruined my husbands Fathers day experience! After spending almost £200 I feel I could have had a better experience at my local steak house!

Nice food - terrible service. We were sat around the corner from the DJ which was good as it is loud. However, we were ignored for so much of the evening - drinks didn’t arrive food arrived without sauce, without cutlery. Water was spilt and the food was just plonked down on the table with no finesse !! Not what is expected when the bill for 4 was about £400!!

Really, really poor service. Had to ask three times for anyone to take our order. Food was ok but not worth the money and in an attempt to create an ambiance (there wasn’t any!) the music was played at a deafening pitch

Fantastic service! Friendly staff which makes the experience even better! Shout out to the team working on 14/06/25 @2:15pm! You all deserve a raise and the STK strand branch could take some tips from you guys! Yummy food however more options for the people like me that suffer with sea food allergies. Started burgers could be better if cooked medium as opposed to the well done option. Also the dessert would be far better without the raspberry coolie. Thank you!

STK was ok but for the price certainly not amazing. Food presentation is bland. The recommendation was for the steak to be medium rare but they came medium to well done which reflected the time we had to wait which was surprising given the restaurant was not particularly busy. The staff were pleasant enough. On hindsight, I should have sent me meal back as the steak ultimately was quite dry but as I was entertaining a colleague it was not appropriate. The brocolini was very good (best part of the meal). For £10 the side of chips was very small (literally 10 chips). The complimentary bread was nice to start. Overall disappointing against expectations.
