The food was great as usual, the service is always prompt and attentive. I love the private alcove booth for intimate conversation while still looking at the surroundings and feeling part of the lounge. Parking is plentiful and pricing is reasonable. Can’t wait to go back.

Just a suggestion to indicate portion size. My husband ordered ravioli and received 4 ravioli and ordered another entre same with my adult daughter; 4 ravioli is really lunch or snack size or even child size portion; can you re assess this please. Tasty food but a little high on the salt content as well.

We just had a few snacks in the lounge. The bartender (from Mexico) very fun and entertaining unfortunately I can't remember his name. Food was excellent although the crab cakes were delicious they are a little small.

Conveniently Located in Spring Creek, as a local I love this up and coming community. Sterling lounge may be casual dining but there is nothing on the menu that Will disappoint. The flavours and time taken to present is stellar. The wine selection is vast with something to suite everyone by the glass or bottle. Cocktails are also fun.

Very nice. My son and I were allowed to sit in dining room as lounge full. What a treat, outstanding views. Great waitress I am hard of hearing. I appreciate low or no music. Not sure which but I could hear perfectly. A rare treat today

Aside from the omelette station, which was very good, the rest of the buffet was disappointing and underwhelming. I would recommend ordering off the breakfast menu instead of the buffet. Overall, the service was good. I would come back but would never do the buffet again.

Food was good and service excellent, however the place was grubby…not the standard of cleanliness you would expect at a hotel of this caliber. The cauliflower was not crispy, as it was over laden with the sauce. But the sauce was tasty. Stuffed Yorkies were just ‘meh’, starter salads were crisp and of generous size.

We made a reservation and were seated at a table. We asked our server if we could move to a booth and she was very accommodating and fortunately we were able to move tables. However, the service was very slow and our drinks from the bar took almost 30 minutes. The server did apologize as she indicated that there was a delay at the bar. When our drinks arrived, the wine order was incorrect and my friend was served a Rose wine rather than a Sauvignon Blanc. Meaning, her drink was delayed even more. My daughter ordered an ice tea and that also took some time and we thought the server must have forgotten about it. The food was excellent and we enjoyed our entrees and dessert and cappuccino. Overall, our evening was great but I was disappointed in the service. I celebrated my anniversary dinner at this restaurant a few years ago and had a great dining experience. I’ve also dined in the lounge for lunch because the restaurant was closed due to Covid. Sincerely, Karen Bradley

Ate at the grill and was very underwhelmed. The restaurant puts itself out as an “elevated” dining experience but seems to have missed the mark and instead leans towards tacky. Service was excellent but we waited an hour for our main course. Food was not great and not worth the price.
