   If you’re looking for a convenient restaurant right on Duval Street with a casual atmosphere and decent food this place is worth a try. Service was great and food tasty. Atmosphere is basic but the location is perfect if you want to eat right in the heart of Duval.

    They had no ability to track that I had a reservation as they had no computer system to check my party in. Fortunately they had a table available so it was a very short wait to be seated. The waiter was extremely inattentive. I had to keep finding him to remind him that I didn’t have my drink or my food yet other members of my family did. Once he was reminded, he would make his way over to pick it up and bring it to me so my drink was watered down and my food was cold.

    Everything was wonderful, especially the food. The most difficulty was reserving a table since it was closed on Sunday which we did not know until we got there. We went back on Monday for dinner.

    Food was good. Our server was attentive and the staff was polite. The music next door was loud. Other than that it was a nice experience. I’ll be back.

    I craved some fresh crab legs and lobster and what I got is old elastic crab legs and chewy lobster.. and the corn was frozen and old.. I ordered the most expensive platter but it was just really really bad. I don’t usually complain but I spoke to a waiter and he confirmed that nothing was fresh due to their lack of deliveries. So I paid 160 bucks for something shouldn’t have been served to me. The service was good.. but next door there is live music and screaming that you can’t really have a conversation. I was disappointed on my first seafood experience in key west..

    We were seated promptly but server was nowhere to take our orders. Had a hard time hearing her. There is loud music at this venue. The server needs to increase voice volume. We order appetizers. Meals came literally within 2 minutes of the appetizers. Tables were small so this caused a crowding issue. Alligator bites were as to be expected. My wife's Wagyu burger was overdone and what she called flavorless. The Jambalaya was warm but not hot otherwise a standard jambalaya. While I appreciated empty dishes being removed as we went along, overall, the service was slow. we waited for our check when we would have liked to have been moving along. Nothing about the experience here says you have to come back. Was a bit disappointed.

    The restaurant was lacking food service and in cleanliness. We sat near the back close to visible old equipment & garbage cans. Tables were sticky and because of the overall experience we left after appetizers.

    Amazing authentic cajun food! Jambalaya and Gumbo taste straight out of NOLA. Only complaint would be that they could use a better selection of wines.
