We had a really great experience at Sticks’n’Sushi - White City. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The service throughout the evening was attentive, friendly, and made the whole visit feel really relaxed and enjoyable. Everything we ordered was full of flavour and clearly made with care. It definitely felt worth the price for the quality of both the food and the overall experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

It’s a little busier than usual for a Saturday but staff have been attentive as usual. Lovely experience and great food as always.

Food and service were brilliant. Little wait to receive food but all made to order and very fresh and beautifully presented. Slightly on the expensive side but well worth it

Sticks N Sushi at Westfield offers a stylish setting with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Dishes were beautifully presented, and the quality of the fish and meat was clear in every bite—fresh, flavourful, and well-prepared.

Really liked the layout of the restaurant - the tables are laid out so that there's space and privacy. The new menu is okay - preferred the previous one as it felt like there's less choice for vegans in this menu. The salads are a nice addition, however, the choice for vegans was boring. The Kyoto non-stop nigiri was lovely. The broccoli tempura was mediocre as the batter was not crisp at all. I ordered the Ceviche, however, it had fish, which was not on the description in the menu. Then there wasn't much choice for vegans and the only option that the waitress gave to me was the Mama Mia uramaki which was okay. I also had the king oyster stick which was nice but the portion is so small - there were three small pieces of mushroom on the stick for £7.80. The service was inattentive and inconsistent. Overall I feel my past experiences have been better than this one.

We usually dine at the Wimbledon branch, but decided to try the Westfield location this time. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. The food arrived lukewarm, and while we understand dishes may come out at different times, we were served rice and a few starters — with the rest of the meal arriving 45 minutes later. To make matters worse, only three out of four of us actually received our full orders. The staff did apologies and removed a few items from the bill, which we appreciated. However, based on this experience, we won’t be returning to this branch.
