At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve. Seafood tower oysters, literally smaller thank a quarter, king crab legs, shrimp and lobster, all clearly previously frozen and were water logged. Lobster roll appetizer was over seasoned and dry. Asparagus fries were blane. Bone-in ribeye was good, but slightly overcooked and for the price and for this being a high-end steakhouse, steaks should be perfectly cooked all the time or then chefs need to move on. Overall, disappointed!

We love Steak 48 and always enjoy our experience. From the kind valet guys who helped us in the rain, to our amazing waiter. So sorry I forgot his name but he was Greek! The only thing I will mention is that the bacon app seemed a little undercooked and 2 of our entrees were delayed. The manager did come out and apologize and they made up for it with the fabulous dessert. The red velvet bread pudding was INSANE and a MUST try.

Steak 48 was just as I expected. The food and service were exceptional. It is a "go to" spot for important dinners, whether business or pleasure.

Wonderful experience to celebrate my nephews birthday ! Everything was delicious outside of the calamari appetizer not being hot enough. I should have sent it back but did not for some reason . I did not tip enough by mistake and will drop an additional tip off in the next day or two . Thank you .

We had a great dining experience at Steak 48. Our server Chevy give us impeccable service, the food was well prepared and well presented. We went to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary, the table was decorated with rose petals, truly a great experience dining there. We also receive a complementary dessert to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch . Kudos to the entire staff for doing a fantastic job!

Me and my husband celebrated our 29th Wedding anniversary. And decided to make reservations at Steak 48 Steakhouse.The food was delicious !! Will definitely return!
