At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     I went to Steak48 for my birthday. What an experience. I was given a handwritten note from the gm. Our server Jerome was so kind, friendly, and attentive. The food was exquisite. Particularly the branzino and corn creme brulee. The service and food was amazing. I will be returning.

    Our experience at Steak 48 was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for a perfect evening. The food was phenomenal every bite was seasoned and cooked to perfection. A huge shoutout to Jeremy, our server, who was truly top-tier. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm energy made our night even more memorable. We were celebrating my girl’s birthday and our engagement, and the staff went above and beyond to make it feel special and personal. Thank you, Steak 48, for creating an unforgettable night. We’ll definitely be back!

    I have always ordered filets at other restaurants. But Steak 48 has the best New York strip I have ever eaten. Our server was great. Their server makes you feel so special. Best steak house I have ever eaten at. And I have eaten at steak house restaurant all over the US.

    Steak 48 is the perfect restaurant for special occasions or just for a nice night out. Food is amazing and the servers/management team are fantastic.

    Wait staff attentive. Steak filet not as tender as we anticipated. Augraton potatoes to cheesy not enough potatoes. Shrimp very small. Celebrating a birthday. Overall it was a good meal and the complimentary dessert was a nice touch. For someone that hasn’t been there before it’s a great experience.

    My husband and I had a great experience! We celebrated his birthday yesterday and it was nothing short of an amazing experience! The staff ensured that he was going to be celebrated properly for his birthday and he appreciated that!

    The staff and overall experience was fantastic. I’ve been a few times but it was my son’s birthday and he wanted to go. They did an amazing job and made it a memorable experience for him.

    We celebrated our anniversary at Steak 48 last evening and enjoyed every moment. Our service was excellent as well as the food. The steak and the veal chop was prepared as desired.

    Usually have amazing steaks here. Caught them on an off night. Servers were incredible. I got a ribeye that was thin and over cooked. I’m not a complainer, so I dealt with it - but that’s an expensive meal for a bad steak. Don’t think I’ll be back for a while
