At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     The best steak house so far in Charlotte the bar had the best personalized dining. Enjoyed conversation the place was beautiful. I can’t think of one thing I would change.

    Great food and service. We were in the “standard” section reserved through app and was a little loud. We still had a great time and loved the food.

    Hands down the best steakhouse in the whole country. I’ve been to quite a few in a number of big cities and this one takes the cake. From the servers, the pace of the service, the attention to detail, dish recommendations, and quality of food, you can NOT beat Steak 48.

    We were sat next to a very loud group celebrating a birthday. My party of 2 was also celebrating a very special event. However as the drinks continued to flow at the large table it got louder and obnoxious … literally played duck, duck, goose at the table. I love a good time but the lack of consideration for others dining around them was lost. Maybe allow larger parties to have the entire space if you don’t want to manage the group. Also serving an Entire Head of Cauliflower as a side for one person was a bit off putting. Perhaps the server should make the person aware when ordering. It was a bit much.
