At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     Steak 48 continues to deliver the highest quality dining experience. The food and wine were top notch but our server Courtney really made the evening special.

    Our server Kayla Murdter was exceptional. She addressed all our needs and we felt the management went above our expectations to remedy our particular needs.

    It was our 15 year anniversary. Abby did an awesome job as server! Food was excellent! To the handwritten note to the champagne toast from Meredith to the small gift and dessert from the restaurant it was a truly memorable evening. Thanks for going above and beyond!

    Sat at a high top in the bar corner table noise level was low so you could have a conversation. Waiter was outstanding will go back its not inexpensive both worth it. I took my wife for her birthday she received a card and dessert outstanding touch.

    Celebrated Father’s Day at Steak 48 and as always, food and service were phenomenal. Absolutely blown away by the Torched Scallops appetizer. I’ll be dreaming about those til my next visit! The Paloma was the by far the best Paloma I’ve ever had. Thank you for a great night. Both my husband and father enjoyed themselves as well.

    What an amazing fining experience! The food, service and ambiance were top notch! We also appreciated the extra touches for my daughter’s birthday. Def superb and can’t wait to go back!

    You can always expect a superb dining experience at steak 48, especially when celebrating a special occasion. All of the staff is friendly and attentive. The food taste and quality is phenomenal. I've never had a bad meal or experience.
