   It was much louder in the evening as apposed to the late afternoon hours. Over all another positive, memorable experience.

   This Steak 48 location shows consistency in food quality and excellent customer service. I’ve dined here four times now and every time I’ve experienced the same exceptional experience. I highly recommend this restaurant. 10 out of 10 the best steak house in CLT.

   Ok first let me say this is one of my favorite restaurants. Now to the pro's and cons of this place. PRO'S- Great food and the service(waiters) were awesome they were attentive and very friendly. Now to the CONS-First off we had reservations at 4:30 pm and 20 minutes later we didn't get seated! Along with that there were couples coming in AFTER us who got seated right away while we were still waiting. My lady was getting annoyed but I explained we were waiting for a booth so it may take a little time. Ok we go back to where the booths are located and see that there were EMPTY booths and I couldn't understand WHY we had to wait that long when the booths were empty! Now to the meal!-For two people with NO alcohol and tip the bill was just over $400.00 which is OUTRAGEOUS!! No we didn't have tomahawk steaks and she did order a small appetizer but come on guys! That's ridiculous! Would I go back again? Only if it's a VERY special occasion and my Lotto ticket came thru! So be warned if you go to this place you better be LOADED!!

   Everything was amazing, service was great food was great and valet attendant showed me a lot of respect.

   The Mother's Day experience was ruined by a loud obnoxious family of 7. Very loud talking and children running about. I'm sure others like we, didn't want our experience ruined more by voicing ourselves on their public display of Poor Home Training. The staff could have and should have asked the table to quiet down, but sure they didn't want to mess up a possible nice tip. Usually the experience is Top Tier. This Mother's Day, could've been handled a little more delicate due to the occasion. Families and people in general need to have a better etiquette in public than they displayed. When people of color act out people Always got something to say. This table wasn't anyone of color.

    Our waiter Charles and his team is the Food was outstanding from appetizer to the Rib eye steak and the Rack of lamb outstanding
