   Great and knowledgeable staff, best steak I have had in 13 years. All dishes came out as promised even with my wife's dietary restrictions.

   Things have changed a bit which knocked out a little of the excitement. I’ve been to Steak48 a number of times but took a break last year. Since then some of the recipes have changed but not for the better. What used to be the best restaurant style Mac & cheese is now cheese sauce and shells. The butter for the bread is non existent and the shrimp on the deviled eggs is no longer crispy. The music is a bit louder and not as soft. The great news is wait staff is always amazing. The place still looks beautiful.

   Steak 48 is our go to restaurant for special occasions. The food, the service that ambience is amazing.

   We were celebrating our daughter graduating from college and we were able to sit in a secluded booth to have some privacy which was so nice! They also gave her a dessert and wrote congratulations in chocolate on the plate! Best dinner we have had in awhile!!

   Well this experience was top notch. we are from NY and this restaurant is a clear winner. the calamari was perfect which anyone knows is difficult to do so far away from the ocean. the wagyu beef was expensive but fantastic delivered on a hot plate. dessert menu did not disappoint Definitely be back

   This visit to Steak 48 was absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I dined here for our anniversary celebration and we left feeling so special! The young lady at the front desk wished us a Happy Anniversary as well as our server! Not only that, there was a handwritten note from the GM wishing us a happy anniversary as well. This touch by the team made the experience just that much more amazing. Christian, our server was so personable, professional, and we truly enjoyed meeting him. There’s no need to discuss the food because if you’ve gone there, you already know every single thing is a 10 out of 10!

   Jeremy was an amazing server. Knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, very detailed on all conversations. His team elevated the food and will be requesting him every time in the future.

    Perfect night! The best steak I’ve ever had, the ahi tuna was amazing, as was the glass of Pinot. Our server was top notch and her recommendations were spot on. Steak48 in Charlotte should be on your food destination list!
