On the menu for the evening is the Fino Martini, an alluring gin martini made with clarified passionfruit pulp; the Very Strong Baby, made with Uruapan Charanda from Michoacán, Mexico and sweet red vermouth from Italy; and the Green Ghoul, a poblano-infused concoction perfected with fresh cucumber and lime.
