We celebrated our anniversary and had a wonderful time! Stage seated us at a beautiful sweetheart table facing the window and gave us 2 complimentary glasses of bubbly. The servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was so delicious that we’re still dreaming about it and wondering when we will be back again! Thank you for a perfect evening!
AMAZING. Customer service and all. Not disappoints, would do again!
Service was wonderful, atmosphere elegant, and the food spectacular. The chefs did a wonderful job. We really enjoyed our time.
Excellent food, but slow service. Waitress was nice, though.
Very interesting place. Great food and beautiful ambiance!
A great place to have celebrate with a group or just to dine w/ your someone special.
Wonderful dinner and service, just struggled to find the entrance!
Went there for Valentine's dinner. Food was great and the ambience was very romantic.
We came a day after Valentine's Day and it was a beautiful experience. Not only were the decorations beautiful, the dishes were outstanding. The service was amazing as well! We definitely want to come back next year. From what we hear, it's better to have your Valentine's dinner the day before or after Valentine's Day so it's less crazy. They will still offer their Vday menu on the 13th and 15th.
Excellent menu, service and ambu
Over price, tasteless food except lobster bisque and shrimp tempura
Although menu is not large, it is adequate. Presentation & flavoring very good.
Service also very good. The only complaint is the restaurant was so cold & I could feel the blowers on my face. I asked the server if there were any other tables available, he said he would check but did not get back to us with a reply so we assumed no. Thankfully the soups we ordered came hot hot hot! Aaaah
Excellent meal, service and ambiance. Better than ever.
Fantastic food and service. The best dining experience we have ever had.
We were not told that there was a tasting menu for the night we made our reservation. Dinner took almost 3 hours, about 30 minutes between each course. All the seafood served was overcooked to the point of not being able to eat the dishes. When we didn't eat one of our dishes and the manager asked what was wrong I mentioned it was very overcooked, she told me she would take care of my drinks - 1 sparkling water, almost more of a slap in the face than anything to remedy the disaster of an evening. Honestly, one of the worst dining experiences of my life.
Some of the best food and decor I’ve ever seen. Three of us split the tasting menu as well as an extra entree. The food and service were all impeccable, the drinks were delicious, and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.
Amazing food as always
Our evening was outstanding - everything was just over the top. Our server was most helpful in describing the dishes and made it easy for us to decide. The food presentation was exquisite. Everything was delicious. The piece de resistance was the cotton candy dessert! We just had to order it so we could see what it was like. And we were so glad we did. Even though we had other desserts, we still finished every bit of the cotton candy. It was a hoot!
We certainly will return to Stage.
The restaurant had been renovated recently and it was lovely. Food and service excellent. The chef is innovative.
It was really great food and a place. I highly recommend this place.
From New Orleans and used to Emerill and John Folse type food. This place in Hawaii is every bit as good as those restaurants.
Food was good value and although wait staff knowledgeable, the service was slower as night wore on. Ordered a drink and did not come till after salad corse and second drink took awhile. But overall decor improved and nice touch with amuse buche and palate refresh before main meal.
This is now our favorite restaurant! The food is absolutely fantastic! Great service too!
Restaurant week menu, plus drinks and graham cracker calamari. One of the best dining experiences in a beautiful location. Great tasting food, just right portions; we were full but not uncomfortably stuffed. Would love to dine here again!
Came here for restaurant week with my fiancee. Food was top notch, however, we were seated in a loveseat where the couch was soft and the table was a little to high for me to eat. Wish we were seated on an actual table and chair. My fiancée also had a difficult time eating even though he was way taller than me. The seat was just too soft that he sank into the cushion. So did I. Despite our seating arrangement, we both really enjoyed our waitress, Jamie. She was so sweet. Of all the restaurants we went to, Jamie was the most memorable waitress at Stage. She was very attentive to us, and I really liked that she had made great recommendations. Jamie and her coworkers made the experience worthwhile.
Enjoyed another delicious dinner at Stage! Only downfall was the couch/chair that we were seated at was really uncomfortable. Could not across of my wife for our dinner and ended up moving next to her. Felt like furniture needed to be replaced. Other than that for and service were perfect!!
We went for their special prix fix menu for Restaurant Week. The meal and the service was fabulous. Highly recommend!
Wonderful atmosphere...first time here in years and loved the remodeling. Did not, however, like the cocoon lights. Food was great and desserts wonderful.
Restaurant Week 2019 specials were great! Service was a little slow with our dinner taking 3 hours. Because we had such a long wait time in between meals, I appreciated the amuse bouches in between each course. Waiters constantly checked on us with water.
Food was pretty pricey for the portion they give but it was delicious and presentable. The ambiance was very elegant.
Everything was wonderful down to the tee! The food, wine and service was impeccable!! Thank you for always exceeding our expectations.
Can't go wrong, Stage food is always delicious! Server - Mel is wonderful, very attentive and service oriented. Overall, just one of the best place to go.
Everything is great except maybe the couch that they use was much lower for the table while it was comfortable we had to move to eat.
Really nice experience. Service was spot on and food was really good.
So nice to be in a quiet restaurant! Great service, excellent food!
Delightful evening of gourmet food and delicious paired wines. I was the only one of our party of 4 who went for the wine pairing, and it was well worth the expenditure. Fun to have sommelier give a description of each wine poured with photos of appellations on iPad. Festive evening in a whimsical and unusual setting. Highly recommend.
Everyone was very helpful and the food was delicious!
Stage is our favorite restaurant in Honolulu. If you're looking for the perfect evening, go to Amuse happy hour and then onto dinner at Stage. It's an incredible experience every time.
