At Stage Restaurant in the Honolulu Design Center we're excited to offer a world inspired, local comfort enthused menu utilizing locally grown products with a focus on Chef inspired local favorites. Our hope is to give our guests a familiar yet modern culinary experience.

Just outside of Stage is our Amuse Wine Bar where we feature an 'Amuse Bites' menu of some familiar favorites from Stage in a casual atmosphere.

After a period of closure due to Covid-19, we are excited to re-open in both Stage Restaurant and Amuse Wine Bar beginning Friday, June 5, 2020.
We will post our new dinner and amuse bites menus to our website nightly and look forward to serving you!

    Located adjacent to the Stage Restaurant dining room is the Cupola Gallery - a newly renovated art and furniture gallery that can accommodate up to 22 guests for Chef's Table dinners in its private dining area or up to 150 guests for a standing cocktail reception within the gallery. For casual get togethers, the Bamboo Garden room next door in Amuse Wine Bar can seat 20 guests with room for up to 40 guests standing.

We feature a unique menu each month featuring rotating members of our culinary team and curated wine pairings by Sky Cameron. Please note that our Wine Ovation Dinner is available only for reservations in our Stage Restaurant Dining Room. For reservations in Amuse Wine Bar, we will continue to offer our Amuse appetizer menu.     Misoyaki butterfish was onolicious and the ice cream ube cheesecake was absolutely delicious. Service was slow but good.

    I love this place. It’s so quirky and the food is unique and really good. I used to love their fresh fish but they changed to a tapas style. Still good!

    Excellent service and the food was just perfect! Highly recommend the tiramisu it has a caramel creme brulee too that makes it more delicious!

    We've been coming to Stage for many years. It's always a pleasure! Especially when they offer that fabulous Kurobuta pork chop as a "special" entree!! Swoon-worthy!!

    The food was ok this time. Chips and fish was very salty. Service awful. Waiter was Bryson? Not sure of his name. Poured water outside of glass running down to other guests on opposite side of table. Spilled a glass of rose on two female guests. Didn’t get us towels or napkins to clean up in a timely manner. My husband had to get napkins from another table. Thank goodness it wasn’t red wine!!!! His service was poor. He glossed over all his screw ups. We had to call another waitress to help us. We weren’t even comped anything! We are prob not going there any time soon.

    Even though there was no activity in the restaurant, the hostess would not seat us alittle earlier than our reservation. Food was average: only really enjoyed 1 dish. Bar was busy: but disappointed to see so few bottles on the shelves. Seems like they’re “winding down”. Don’t know how much longer they can stay open.
