At Stage Restaurant in the Honolulu Design Center we're excited to offer a world inspired, local comfort enthused menu utilizing locally grown products with a focus on Chef inspired local favorites. Our hope is to give our guests a familiar yet modern culinary experience.

Just outside of Stage is our Amuse Wine Bar where we feature an 'Amuse Bites' menu of some familiar favorites from Stage in a casual atmosphere.

After a period of closure due to Covid-19, we are excited to re-open in both Stage Restaurant and Amuse Wine Bar beginning Friday, June 5, 2020.
We will post our new dinner and amuse bites menus to our website nightly and look forward to serving you!

    Great food. Emily gives amazing service. The menu is small but we had all the specials so have yet to try anything off the regular menu. Great wine selection and wine flights. The wine bar is a more relaxed vibe than the restaurant but both have a great atmosphere.

    Stage never disappoints! We were sad that they no longer serve the amuse-bouche, intermezzo, etc. Those little things were always a highlight! But we understand that it was probably necessary to cut costs. Regardless, everyone in our party thought the food was delicious!

    Michael the bartender is a true talent and very serviceable. He is the reason we thought of going to Amuse Bar - he makes a very balanced awesome drinks each time we visit this favorite neighborhood bar in a walking distance from our home. Bravo to the mixologist extraordinaire! Your beef steak is exceptional - especially the sauce. We've been back 5-6 times in the last 8 months for dinner at your restaurant and cocktails for date nights.

    We had the best time tonight on our date at the Amuse Wine bar! It almost feels like the best kept secret in town. The food was excellent especially the mushroom risotto and the steak! I love that they had wine flights or you had the option to walk around and pick your own pours. To top it off the service was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the wine. We will definitely be back and only wish we had found this spot sooner!

    We love the restaurant, don’t get me wrong. My only problem was, we were seated near the kitchen.. and we saw there were plenty of open tables near the window. I asked if we could be moved, and the person that was seating us said that all of the tables were reserved. Well, about an hr lady, there was a group of 3 that was seated next to us. They asked to be moved near the window, and they were able to be moved. I don’t think that was fair, and it rubbed me the wrong way. Why were they able to switch tables but not us? And they window seats I wanted to be moved to, nobody came in and sat there. I normally would recommend Amuse to my friends and coworkers, but not if y’all continue to do this.

    This was our first time here, and will definitely be back! Loved the wine tasting concept and the ambience was amazing !!!! Entrees over at the restaurant we’re just ok (mahi mahi special and shrimp pasta). Still felt like everything else made up for it. Highly recommend!

    We came here for our anniversary, and needless to say, they fulfilled all our requests and more. We were able to get preferred seating, and they even surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate the occasion. Food was delicious, service was highly attentive, and atmosphere was very classy. We'll be back!

    My absolute favorite Honolulu restaurant!! A high ceiling beautifully decorated dining room serving great food and desserts buy the most professional and friendly wait staff I’ve ever experienced. The dining room is quiet enough for me hear my dining companions! I love this restaurant and highly recommend it!!!

    I've been coming to the wine ovation dinners since last year and it never disappoints me. The consistency with service is wonderful. Different themed inspired dishes are always an excitement. Shout out to our server Maddy, she was very attentive and the Greek inspired dishes was superb! Excellent job to the chef and workers! Not to mention the wine pairing with the dishes was perfect! Thank you for the wonderful presentation.

    Food tasted ok…serving sizes was a bit small for the price; however, all the main entrees (we shared with each other) were cold, as if they had been sitting out for a while… There was no warmth to them at all… But our server, Ryan, was really great

    What a pleasant surprise. Stage is located in a furniture store, so that's cool. The Amuse Wine Bar leads into the restaurant, so you can have a glass of wine before dinner if you like. We had a 7:30 reservation; got there 30 minutes early and they seated us right away. It was a Thursday night and no problem getting a table for 4. Ambience was quiet and calm but a bit low light for senior citizens. Everything from service to drinks to food to dessert were really good. Full bar and extensive wine list. We ordered traditional cocktails and wine, Caesar salads, mahimahi special, pork chops, and shrimp pasta. All were excellent and worth ordering again. Desserts were fancy but mostly the gelatos and chocolate and cakes were tasty. Definitely a repeat.

    Didn’t catch her name, but we had an excellent server tending to us at the Amuse Wine Bar. She made sure our appetizer orders were delivered in a timely manner and if not, followed up. She gave us complimentary wine for our wait in one of our orders.

    I had a great time. I had gone for my anniversary and it was the best. Lovely atmosphere and ambiance, there was live piano music which was great. Our waitress that night was also amazing, she was very friendly and kind, took care of everything with ease. I will definitely come back again. I absolutely loved the miso butterfish special, very flavorful and cooked to perfection. My boyfriend had gotten the beef Wellington and that was also amazing! The platting for the chocolate ganache cake was done very well, I loved how cute it was.

    Wow. That was our best meal in Honolulu! I also enjoyed the wine tasting. There are probably 70 wines by the 1oz-8oz pour to try. The entrance is via the parking garage which is a little tricky.
