Whether you are a spirit enthusiast, a history buff, or just looking for a unique and fun experience, a distillery tour is a great way to learn more about the world of spirits and enjoy a memorable night out. COMING SOON: This immersive session, led by our amazing distillers and staff, will last approximately 50 minutes. We have designed it to be an intimate and personalized experience, with a maximum of 12 participants per session. However, please note that all participants must be at least 21 years old.

Embark on a Culinary Journey with Chef David Reyes Join us for an exclusive dinner series crafted by award-winning Chef David Reyes, where sincere cooking and spirits converge. Each multi-course menu is thoughtfully paired with the full line of St. Petersburg Distillery products, designed to highlight the true character of both food and drink. This experience is a celebration of honest ingredients and soulful technique. Chef David brings his passion to life using seasonal, heirloom vegetables sourced from The Chef’s Garden—an American leader in regenerative farming. Every ingredient is grown with time, care, and intention, allowing each dish to tell a story of the land it came from. This intimate event is limited to just 20 guests per evening, creating a personal, immersive dining experience. The dinner includes six courses, with optional spirit pairings. Guests are also welcome to bring their own bottles, with a corkage fee applied. Come hungry for something real — a true taste of craftsmanship.
