   We chose Balboa Bay Resort for Easter brunch. It was so festive with many photo spots sets up with the cutest Easter decor. It was a fabulous brunch with upscale food. Unlimited mimosa too. The service was top notch and friendly. It never felt too crowded and the space was laid out nicely. I would recommend BBR for Easter Brunch 100%.

   The Sunday brunch didn't have the seafood bar or charcuterie bar which they normally have. The service was lacking even though half the tables were empty. I was disappointed that they didn't clarify it was a scaled down buffet on their website. The manager mentioned that it was scaled down because they had a Santa there. He said the menu was on the website, which was not true. It was very overpriced for what we got.

   Balboa Bay club always a beautiful place to visit. Seems like everything is overpriced these days so I’m not gonna tell you it was economical but I will tell my wife and mother-in-law absolutely loved it. We had a great time we’ve done pelican Hill. We’ve done a ton of really nice places and it ranks with the top of the top definitely recommend it

   This was the exact opposite I expected from such a lovely hotel on Easter brunch. Our reservation was at 2:30pm and as soon as we got there, you could feel them rushing you out because they wanted to be done. The food was the tail end of the day so it was pretty inedible. The dessert table looked like it had been baron since 4 hours earlier. At the table we happened to be seated at, all the servers stood behind us and we could feel them staring at us to hurry up! For 250$ a person- I am far from impressed

   Great food, live music with bottomless Moet. Definitely was worth it.

   We had a patio table and were seated at 3:00 pm. We had a two and a four year old in our group. The outside seating was great. The kids could get up and explore without bothering other guests. The staff was attentive throughout our meal. Everyone enjoyed the food quality and the selection. We were thankful we enjoyed Thanksgiving at the Balboa Bay Club.
