There was only one server so Indont blame her for the slow service but it was still slow service. The food was expensive for the quality. Can tell nothing was made fresh. Ceasar salad was just lettuce dressing and croutons. Not hard to add cheese and bacon. Anyways, not going back.

We are loyal customers and love the food at the restaurant. They need to improve on their hiring practices regarding servers. Nice people, but just not the right personalities for serving guests. This may be why the restaurant is always so quiet. It really is a great place but needs staffing improvements.

First time eating here. Really enjoyed it. Had the burgers and they were delicious! Service was excellent - waiter was informative about menu items and he was very attentive. Will definitely go back

Sparks is a cool little place for a casual meal or to watch a game on the bar side. The set up is great. We had great service our waitress was very friendly and did a good job serving us as we were a group of 9. The food was good also however, we froze - we sat near the window and even though they raised the heat 2 times it wasn’t enough to control the draft coming from the entrance door and the windows. Very poor design and not somewhere I would run back again in the winter unless i could try a table at the back. Some of us sat with our coats on it was that severe. It was -15 outside but no excuse . Its too bad that ruined our experience or it would have been pretty good oherwise

We ordered burgers with fries - both surprisingly good. The fries were crisp and not greasy at all; and not overly salted like they often are at other restaurants. The waitress was very helpful with our orders.

just a glorified Kelsey's--the name Premium should never be used a waste of a lot of $$$. bad food--ribs horrible. service not bad.

Our waitress Janine was fantastic. She was great with kids and very attentive. We really like this place and hope that it gets busier. It was much busier this night than other nights we have been and looks like things are heading upwards.

Food was good although not great. Service was less than average. While the server was nice and polite, she seemed inexperienced with the basics. Ambience could be better
