   Had my birthday dinner at Sourbon. Ambience and aesthetics is always great. I had the lavender martini and it was chefs kiss. I ordered the bruschetta trio which is my favorite thing on their menu. They didn’t tell me they didn’t have it until I just didn’t receive it once the food started coming out. Our actual server was not attentive to our today. It seemed like the house hands who brought out the food was more helpful to us. Overall the food and place is nice but it is consistent with reviews that the service needs help.

   Our server and the bartender were amazing!! Very attentive and both held conversation with us. We had a round of drinks at the bar then moved to our table, ordered another round of drinks and some soup. After about 20mins we were told they were out of the soup and gave us an app on the house, fine. Our dinner took over an hour and there were a total of 5 parties in the restaurant while we were there. Everyone was waiting. Our dinner comes and the salmon that was supposed to come over the salad came 10mins later on a separate plate, it was flat as a pancake and littered with green stuff, odd. My chicken came shaped like a boat with my potato (which were cold) and veggies inside and it was all dry as a bone. I had to ask for the sauce that it was supposed to come with. The two other meals in our party were just ok. We expected more from this restaurant - maybe it was an off night but over 2 hours for dinner when there are 5 parties is just crazy!!

   Reservation was confusing at check in Plastic in French onion soup Server was no where to be found Took 2 hours for entree and steak came out raw for medium ..server took back and brought out well done. Husband scallops came out brunt and small portion sour taste. Server Took back but didn’t even ask to replace w anything. Overall awful experience. Will not be coming back.

   The food was below mediocre. Unseasoned. Poor quality. Not warm. Server never checked on how food was. Didn’t see her again until we asked for check.

   It’s a shame because the place is pretty and could be a vibe. Understaffed, really poor service, expensive for what you get, and underwhelming drinks.

   The ambiance is great, food was mediocre. Presentation was good but everything lacked seasoning. Drink quality was horrible. Advertise smoked old fashion that came watered down. We ordered an $80 bottle of sparkling wine and tried to serve us another cheap bottle without telling us and then tried to recoup by telling us that bottle was on them and they were going to bring the correct bottle only for them to tell us that the bottle is unavailable and then tried to replace it with another cheap bottle. For a place in that price point they should be ashamed to serve Andre and pass it off as if that was what we ordered. Place is great if you just want to take pictures but would not recommend.

    Perfect date night venue. Very low noise level, good background music and cozy two-top tables. All the plants add to the warm atmosphere too. The food is also very good.
