Food was really good, however the service was poor, felt completely ignored several times. I did mention it and was told there were only 2 waiters on as they didn’t think they would be busy.

Myself and my husband had a 2 course lunch with 90 mins of prosecco. The food was tasty and staff were very attentive, filling up our glasses regularly. It was a humid day but nice and cool inside. Enjoyable experience.

I have been to the Sound Cafe many times now, with different sets of friends and family. It is a great venue, staff are faultless and so very interactive. The food is great and more to the point it is such good value for money. We had the bottomless brunch which included good quality fizz and wine too. I will return and I am always recommending this venue.

Really good experience food great drinks were fab nothing was a bother .it was a birthday celebration and they even came out with a dessert and candle. Would recommend

Burgers were lovely, but the service was terrible. Prebooked table. Upon entering, waited nearly 20 minutes to be seen. Approached a staff member who said it was not his section. In the end, was sat and requested the Manager to come to see us. He was helpful and lovely, but that was the only positive experience we had. Our server barely spoke, not sure she had the ability to smile. Food came to the table by robot, we did not know this was going to happen (due to the terrible service/restaurant overview) and were not sure it was ours as we had no table number. The order looked liked ours, so we took off the first tray and then the robot scooted away with the rest. Waiting 5-10minutes for a staff member to bring the remaining food. Nice burgers, overpriced, but nice. Refused the prelisted service charge due to the terrible service.

Great bottomless brunch. It's great that you can choose from prosecco, wine,beer, and soft drinks. You don't have to stick to the same one either, which is brilliant. Food choice is also good american diner syle. Food was hot and served brilliantly by a little robot. Staff are really lovely and friendly and the service they provide is good. Have now been here twice and will be going back.
