Our story started on the beautiful coast of South Sicily and later transformed to another beautiful cost of Clearwater, Florida.
Chef Nello born and raised in Catania, Sicily and has wide experience with his restaurants in Italy.
Soul Sicilian Fusion is his first restaurant in USA.
Name SOUL mean that main ingredient in each dish is LOVE!
Fist opened in September of 2019 we decided that most important in our restaurant is high quality local produce, fresh fish, and Authentic Italian recipes.
Each wine is carefully chosen and displayed in our wine menu by the region it’s from!
We are happy to see you in our restaurant and want you to have best experience ever!

Very welcoming staff! We Had 2 seats at bar before the concert. A beautiful bottle of white wine suggested by the owner and the truffle pizza and spicy pasta dish. Both amazing! Love this place

Was served main dish quickly. Wasn’t even close to finishing appetizer and salad . My Pasta was cold and hard. We Also had a filet dish that was good and did enjoy Soul salad.

Our dinner experience here wasn’t bad but we didn’t walk away thinking we would come back. The dishes were basic and lacked presentation. The pasta was fresh but the sauce again was very basic without much flavor, 1 micro basil leaf on top was about it. If you’re staying in downtown Clearwater there aren’t many options so this place would get you by, but I’d ride 3 miles up the road to Dunedin for much better options or better yet DTSP if that’s in your range.

About as authentic as you can get in the U.S. I had the ragu and my daughter had the carbonara. Both were just like what we had in Lake Como Italy. The desserts were delicious as well. Overall a great dinner. Highly recommend.
