We at Soul to Soul are happy to bring this experience to your doorstep. We are located in the heart of Essex (Elm Park & Hornchurch) or even better why not visit our restaurant and allow us to serve you our authentic traditional food with organic ingredients.

You will be mesmerised by the richness and the distinctive favours of our dishes and cocktails, which has been influenced by different tribes within Africa, Arab and Asian traders of the time. Most notably is the over-lays and influence of English, Dutch, Spanish, Indian and Chinese favours in a number of our Caribbean delicacies.

I have been an Open Table Dinner for 20 years in USA & UK. I don't like to review Open Table establishments but am compelled & shocked that this place is allowed to be on a Fantastic Companies Recommendations & think it should be removed ASAP. Service was slow & Ambiance No Existent the Food was edible & rice tasty but that's about it. They also had few drinks shown on the menu suffice it to say I would Never go back. Paul F
