He now brings his extensive talent to Austin! We offer traditional Japanese cuisine as well as creative spins on some classic Japanese fair. The team now is expanding its reach south. An amazing experience. Paris was a great waiter, knew everything about the menu. The food was crazy good our favorite was risotto, dumplings, Soto 2.0 and Honey truffle rolls. Drinks were great and they even made mocktails for the teenagers. Atmosphere was great, parking was easy. Will be a new regular there for the future!

This is the best sushi in austin. The quality, diversity and freshness of the fish was outstanding. The service was knowledgeable and attentive. We can wait to go back!!! 10 points!!!!

Best sushi in Austin! Love Soto's happy hour specials and special menu with unique fresh and delicious options. It was a pleasure meeting Timothy. Always great service! Highy recommend.

Great food - we just got back from Japan and needed a little reminder. The sushi is great - maybe a little on the thin side but great. Miso soup was delish. And loved the rolls

We dine at Soto Lamar Union every other week. The staff are personable and knowledgeable. They treat us like family, which after a long day at work is welcome. The fact that there is a Sommelier who knows the outstanding sake list is a real hit for us. The sushi is fresh and already dressed. You don't need soy or ginger. I highly recommend this restaurant.
