   First and foremost I had a reservation at 845 I did not get seated until 930. The sever was not attentive. The food was nasty. Will not go there again.

   Service was very slow and waiter had a bad disposition. Toon 45 minutes for first drink/kid drinks, nearly 2 hours to get food and all food came out together nearly (apps/salad/dinners). We’ve had great experiences here before so maybe they were overwhelmed. My husbands veal was poor and he sent it back

   The food was delicious, but our server Sierra was AMAZING! She was so nice and professional. Gave us recommendations based off of what we like and food allergies. If you are at Kalahari, or just in the area, would definitely recommend it. And if you're lucky you will get seated in Sierra's section!

   We went with friends and all 4 of our meals and drinks were delicious. The portions were large and we had it for lunch the next day. It was even delicious warmed up. Great service too!

   Overpriced and overrated. We made a reservation several days in advance. Kept getting text updates to confirm etc. Which we did. Got a text 15 minutes before our reservation time asking if we’re on our way. We replied to confirm again. Received another text that our table was ready, about 10 minutes early. Got to host stand a few minutes after that and were told they didn’t have a table for us! They had overbooked and didn’t have a table cleared anyway. They ended up offering us a table outside the main restaurant in the bar area which is a very noisy high traffic area inside the Kalahari resort. Not sure what the point is of taking reservations if they are not going to reserve a table for you. Food was mediocre and bland. Service was very slow.

   Since Kalahari makes such a big deal of their food and continuously run videos about their high quality focus on food, Sortino's was a big disappointment. Portion sizes WAY to big, all tables observed leaving 1/3 to 1/2 their portion for trash. Plus since resort can't really take it to go. TOTAL WASTE. Plus not that tasty or flavorful, two in my party both had ravioli and both agreed no real flavor. We also ate at all the dining locations offered at the resort and the service was the worst at Kalahari. Also, we had reservations for 7:30, for 5, waited about 15 minutes before being seated, another family came while we waited with a reservation at 7:45 for 5 and were told if they wanted to eat they would have to in the bar as there will not be a table ready for about an hour. Sounds like taking to many reservation and not realistically planning for capacity. VERY POOR OVER ALL EXPERIENCE

    We had a wonderful experience. Our server was great overall. She was a bit odd acting / awkward with my mother who is deaf. She would be normal with everyone else but not with my mom. Otherwise, service was fantastic, food came out quickly & was hot. Very many options for my vegan & gluten intolerant friends too. Bathrooms within this restaurant were clean & smelled great. Would recommend this restaurant 9/10.

    Took our Granddaughter for her birthday, the food was great! Our server was awesome and they all came out to sing Happy Birthday. We will go back when ever in that area.

    Our waiter Anthony was exceptional!! And a hustler!! He knew his job and the menu. Fantastic!! The food was in abundance!! You got what you paid for. The only one thing I could say was the macaroni was a little over cooked. But not.by much. But the flavors were excellent!! Highly recommend recommended!!

    Every item ordered was delicious! The whole experience was 5 star from the atmosphere, Nicholas’ service, the smoked cherry bourbon coming out in a literal smoke chest, and gelato.

    The service we received from Cortez was outstanding! Everything came to the table in a timely manner. Our only complaint was that our pasta was over cooked. Sauces, seafood, everything else; excellent.

    The food was amazing and the people were super friendly! Friday night during lent for a catholic family on vacation usually means pizza but this night it included amazing shrimp scampi and mushroom tortellini! The kids loved their spaghetti and the asparagus and broccoli were cooked to perfection. Oh I forgot to mention the appetizers calamari and bruschetta was perfect!

    Waiter was terrible, ruined the entire meal. It is a low end chain restaurant in Kalahari's, but this clown tried to make it out to be fine dining and himself a wine expert. He even trashed his own restuarant, saying he never lets his customers order the Chicken Marsala nor Mushroom Tortellini. Laughing at him together saved this from being a 1 star experience. Waiter Clown, too funny.

    I usually don’t write negative reviews but so many things were off about this restaurant. How do they have such a high review? The server was good though he kept trying to sell everything under the sun to us. A whole bottle of wine for just me when I had my two young boys?? I know you have a job to do but servers need to use their judgement. Food-wise. The free bread was delicious but that was it. I ordered a Caesar salad with steak. The steak was not seasoned, tough, and tasted old. My kids’ dishes tasted like school cafeteria food. Very expensive for bad food but there are limited choices at this hotel. .

    Our server was very friendly and helpful. Service was slow. I don't think this was her fault. Probably just stretched too thin. The food was mediocre with high prices. The Alfredo sauce was runny. Marsala chicken was salty with a small piece of chicken and a large amount of pasta

    I got the seafood diavolo which was described as spicy tomato sauce loaded with clams, mussels and shrimp. What I got was mushy capellini, overcooked shrimp (4) , tiny tiny clams (3) and mussels (3). The sauce has absolutely no taste. And it wasn’t even a bit spicy. For some weird reason, there were chucks of mozzarella cheese on there. My son got the carbonara. It was swimming in a white sauce with overcooked pasta again. No pancetta in sight. Completely tasteless. The saving grace was the calamari appetizer which was actually quite good. The shrimp cocktail for $16 and 5 small shrimp was a ripoff. This place needs to learn to cook pasta al dente. And pasta should not be swimming in sauce.

    We were seated upon our arrival by a friendly hostess. The restaurant (including the restrooms) was clean and well maintained. We were quickly greeted by our server Lonell. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive to our family of four including 11 and 9 year old boys. The food came out on time, was hot, and everyone was happy with their meals. Menu prices were fair in relation to quality of our food and portion sizes. This was our third visit over the last few years and we'll definitely continue our patronage to this restaurant while visiting Kalahari!

    The food was excellent and very large portions. And the kid’s spaghetti with a meatball would be enough to feed an adult. Highly recommend eating here.
