Food was ok, but overpriced for the quality. $100 for two entrees, bread, one salad, and dessert is a bit steep.

Quite possibly the worst service we have ever received. We tried another restaurant at Kalahari, and that was almost as bad as this one.
Our waitresses name was Monica. Loved her! She did a splendid job! The food was great! They had a vegan plate which was delicious. We had a wonderful experience overall. Will most definitely stop by again.

Truly some of the most authentic Italian food you will ever have!! Great staff and service was great. The only thing I would recommend is making sure to follow social distancing. Tables were very close to one another and I had to be asked to be moved. Can’t wait to go back

This is one of the worst places I have been to!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE and BLAND food!! No refills!! Absolutely the worst waste of money!! Do not go here! Ridiculous!! I just wanted a warm, filling meal for my family and $100 later we walked away from plate fulls of food because it was so gross. So disappointed!

Staying at Kalahari for the weekend and we ate here for the evening. Waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu and everything came out excellent.
Service was really bad, some food was great, some not so great, the lamb and mozzarella bread was to die for, the red sauce dishes were average, serving staff needs a lot more training, arguing amongst themselves in front of us
We were seated immediately and our server was right at our table to offer us drinks. He suggested a great bottle of wine. Our food came out very fast and was very delicious. Our server Anferenne was so nice and made our experience the best. We can not wait to go back!

It was a great 16th birthday for my son.
I took my daughter and her friends there for a birthday celebration. The restaurant is very cute. They sat us early! Overall, the food was good. My main issue was around service. The waiter was totally slammed with large tables. While we were waiting for our waiter, the hostess served us water. As she put her hands ALL OVER the rims of the cups. I would have prefered her not to serve us at all honestly. It turned me off. I would coach the hostess not to serve drinks while touching everything!

Appetizers were great! Food was delicious! Out of Lemoncello martinis was disappointing. Dessert was yummy! We will be back! (Loud and misbehaved children one table was unfortunate.)

Everything was terrible from the moment we tried to go there and were told there is no walk ins just reservations. The hostess and management were upset we went around them and made a reservation thru open table. They were very rude to our group of 7 and took it out on us. The server never came back to refill drinks. Our food came out and sat on the cart getting cold while he boxed up the child that fell asleep food. He finally dropped our food off and we had to ask for silverware rather than going and get our silverware he went to the computer and charged another tables card and chatted with a fellow employee. So our food continued to get cold. I finally got up and asked someone else for silverware. We asked for a manager 3 different times. One of our friends ordered the ravioli it came with 6 small raviolis for $25 that is insane. It was way smaller portion than the kids spaghetti. When we finally talked to the manager she basically told us there is nothing she could do and that we should not have gone around them to get a reservation and a table. This was the only place left to eat in the hotel for the night. I would recommend going anywhere else but here to eat. The service & management are terrible.
Their was one hostess taking orders for the whole restaurant, which was very full. First, COVID restrictions were not being mandated. The hostess was extremely confused. It was a two hour adventure that had my husband and I very frustrated by the time the whole process was over. In 2021, why would a waitress be writing things on a piece of paper and trying to enter all orders into one computer. We really wanted to support this local establishment, but we will not be returning.

I’m a New York Italian and die for great Italian food. Austin has a few good places (mostly expensive) if you know Italian food this place blows it all away.

Cons: Price for dishes are a tad on the higher end for a family resort restaurant where food is more or less on par with a chain like Macaroni Grill or Olive Garden.
Also, we came here with my parents because last time we explored on our own and it seemed pretty empty, so it felt safe that time. This time though, they sat us in this crammed room with three other tables, not much distance between them at all. The room was loud; people talking over each other. No masks to be seen at the other tables even when they were just talking most of the time. Just didn't feel safe.
I saw empty tables in other areas of the restaurant but the lady that sat us said the one we got was all that was available at the moment.
May not return for another few months until Covid conditions in Texas improve; or we might try for a reservation later in the evening to see if there's less people crammed together in there.
Our first time to try this restaurant. Very slow so not crowded. Server Henry was friendly and attentive. Made suggestions at our request, very accommodating to split a large salad between 2 of us to go with our entree. Two of us had spaghetti and meatballs, which were delicious! Our other companion had the pizza, which I tried, and was out of this world! Will definitely go back, and will ask for Henry!_
There was only us and another family dining at 5:45pm. Took 15 mins to bring water then another 15 min to bring our drinks we said we were ready to order and the server said ok I’ll be right back. 20 mins later he returns. We looked for a hostess, manager no one was around. We finally ordered and it was an hour later to receive cold food and had little to no sauce. After 15 mins of waiting to say our food was cold the server then tells me you can take it to go and microwave it. Um Rude. We had plans and already being here 2 hours we boxed up our dinners and asked for more sauce. The sauce they gave was a laughable amount. This place is new so I understand lack of great servers but the food was cold, noodles soggy with a powdery flour taste and the sauce taste like cheap jar Alfredo sauce. Not worth the 28.99 for a plate of pasta. Don’t waste your money on low quality Italian food. Fazzolis is better and that says a lot.
Was majorly disappointed in this restaurant located within a luxury type conference center! It is anything but luxury. You feel like you're in a cafeteria, and the food matches that vibe. Frozen shrimp in the shrimp scampi (which wasn't a match for your typical garlicky scampi, hardly had any flavor), the caprese salad had over-ripe tomatoes with a 90-10 tomato ratio (hardly any mozzarella), the chicken alfredo hardly had any alfredo sauce and had in-the-can tasting and looking chicken. Wait staff was friendly, but the food just didn't match up and for $180 for a dinner for 4, head to a much nicer restaurant in the Domain or downtown to get your money's worth.
Waitress was nice but not overly friendly. Had meatballs for appetizer initially brought to us cold and raw but they did correct the issue
