We sat outside and although is was a nice night out the wood picnic tables were coated in dirt/sand so my pants got dirty and the table itself had the fine sand/dirt on it as well. The server was a nice young guy that was trying his best. His english was not the best but he was taking care of the whole outside dining himself so bartender, hostess, waiter and food expeditor. The worst thing was the food. My husband and I both got the lamb stew and it was watered down and hardly anything was in the bowl. My husband was still hungry and I was as well. The worst thing is the stew was $48 per bowl and we were still charged. I don't know how this business gets away with giving their customers nothing and still charging full price. We had an appetizer, which should have been our indication of the rest of the meal but it was supposed to be cheesy charred cauliflower and it was wet, water ridden cauliflower with a disgusting mystery cheese sauce. As I said we were still hungry so asked about dessert because we saw some other people get dessert and the waiter said all out. This is NOT a good place. They need to make MAJOR improvements.

We ended up having a very nice private anniversary dinner at Sorenson's. We were camping at the nearby resort campground and had booked a dinner reservation at Sorenson's. When we arrived, there was a signboard apologizing that there was a private event that day and that the restaurant would be closed. When we inquired at the hotel desk, they noted that they had one reservation they would honor that night, which was ours. The staff jumped into action and served our private meal out on the deck. We kept our meal choices rather simple, knowing that they were also catering a wedding at the same time. The Spinach Salad and the 88 Burger were both fantastic and reasonably priced. I will note that the menu does seem pretty fluid. What's listed online, distributed to camp guests and what is given at the restaurant are not the same. Overall it looks like they are slimming it down to their best sellers. There was a good selection for vegetarian and pescatarian eaters. Thanks to Tres and the rest of the staff for making sure our anniversary dinner was a great memory.

We had a reservation for 11:00am. This place is an hour and a half from home, and this was our first time visiting. At 10:30 they called to tell me that they were not open and that if I wanted to change my reservation to 12:00pm. Absolutely not acceptable to cancel a reservation with minutes before when the reservation was made days in advanced.

We drive by a lot and decided to try Sorensen’s. We enjoyed walking around while we waited for our table. The food Wes very good, and our pets were welcome.🐾

We arrived at the restaurant to find that the inside was closed down, and told that the only seating was outside. We felt like we were inconveniencing the hostess. We were the only customers and it felt like they were closing down even though it was still open. Our waiter was a very nice young man and we have no complaints about his service. The ridiculous menu has very few offerings, and was EXTREMELY overpriced. Hamburger is $28 with one side. A bowl of soup is $18. I chose the burger and the side of house salad which was wilted lettuce smothered in dressing. I asked if I could also have potato chips and the waiter explained that the chips were an extra $5.00! These were regular chips out of a bag. The waiter brought a carrier of condiments to our table. My husband noticed that the same condiments were sitting out on another picnic table when we arrived, and included a plastic jar of mayonaise which as we all know needs refrigeration after opening. We checked the date on the mayonaise and it was expired. I believe the restaurant has new ownership.

We had an excellent meal while staying at one of the cabins. Generous portions and good variety. We were the only diners at 6:30 on a Monday evening so we’d encourage others to give it a go.

From the minute we walked in, the whole vibe is great! Our server Aimee was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us choose our lunch. She did not steer us wrong; the smoked trout appetizer was delicious as was the clam chowder, though it as a bit peppery for my wimpy taste buds. We had the chicken pot pie and couldn’t finish it. Really good crust and flavors! We are big foodies and will be back. We stayed the night and ate breakfast before heading home: it was good, especially the shakshuka! I have a pet peeve about butter in packets as well as half and half in those weird little containers that are shelf stable so my only comment would be to switch those up to match the rest of the experience there! Kudos!
