Back in 1926, Martin and Irene Sorensen began welcoming visitors to their resort in Hope Valley. The heart of the property has always been the cafe where guests enjoyed good food, good drinks, and good times. Whether they were gathered ‘round the pot-bellied stove or a glass of apple jack whiskey, the conversations that they had - and friendships that they formed - became legendary.
