The food was fantastic. Unfortunately we could only get seats at the bar. The bar is an exercise in how to design something for maximum discomfort. The seats are incredibly heavy and difficult to scoot into position. Possibly due to a conflict in materials, the feet of the chairs simply do not move on the floor. The bar surface does not extend far enough over your lap, so we kept trying to scoot the chairs closer. As close as we could get, with our knees jammed against the underside of the bar, we were still not close enough to eat without leaning forward. Bar comfort aside, the music in this place is terrible. Just like Ostra. It makes it feel like you’re eating in a cheesy Vegas hotel restaurant. Guys, use your imagination! Imagine eating this amazing food while listening to a mix of jazz standards, Frank Sinatra, some old school rock like Blondie or Bowie, some 80s-90s hip hop, some Kurangbin, George Michael, a bit of yacht rock. Mix it up! Your current selection is an audio gold chain over a turtleneck.

Beyond amazing! Booth by the window and bar was so unique and our waiter was the best! Never mind all the other support during dinner. Drinks and food - wow!

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here. She ordered the lobster gnocchi and I ordered the filet mignon. We had oysters for an appetizer. Our waiter Mark was great. He was very personable, courteous and checked in on us and offered great suggestions. As we were having dessert, the bomb bombolini, my wife was already making plans for our next visit here.

A very special place to dine in Boston! -Outstanding cuisine, cocktails, and service. Huge fan of the tuna tartare. Bit of a mismatch with the background music though (tinny and clubby)- not really appropriate for the elegant setting.
