Steak overcooked - almost well done instead of medium rare. So entire meal thrown off. The line should know - push on the steak and if it's feel tough probably overcooked.
Our go-to place for special occasions. Everything about it is amazing - food, service, ambiance....
Great place, the Pasta and King Crab was out of this world!!! Decent portions that allow you to eat the full course.
It was great!!
Probably my favorite restaurant in Boston. The food & service are always excellent. Everything on the menu is always delicious.
Delightful in every way. Service was impeccable . The food, spot on. Spaghetti with uni and King crab is a must! Wonderful wine list with many good choices.
Service efficient, but not particularly friendly. Lot of very poorly-dressed guests, some
in T-shirts --not expected in a high-price restaurant.Food excellent.
Terrific meal. Well designed space. Excellent drinks menu. Nice choices with small versions of pasta courses like in Italy, leaving room for tasty Secondi course.
We went to a lot of nice restaurants on our visit to Boston, this was the best in every area!
The second time we have been to this restaurant and it seemed a little quieter than before
The food and service were as good as previously and would recommend this place for a special occasion
Food was fantastic. Pasta was phenomenal and resulted in a round of reorders. Portions are on the small side. Gave us an opportunity to try more of the dishes. Service was good but delivery of dishes and demeanor of waiter could have been better given caliber of restaurant. This is more a reflection of Boston than Sorellina however.
By far our favorite restaurant in Boston.. The staff (especially Tarso & Dominic) are wonderful.
The ambience is trendy and beautiful. All of our plates were artfully arranged and perfectly cooked. My salmon was just right. The prices seemed more expensive than L'Andana, while the food was similar, but we still really enjoyed our visit for our anniversary. They wrote "Happy Anniversary" on our dessert plate too, which was a nice touch.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. Service was excellent and the food was exceptional. We really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here.
The food and service were excellent but the noise level was too high and the meal was very expensive
Great food. Long wait for food to arrive - kitchen and wait staff were understaffed. Desert was divine.
Excellent dining experience for our thirteenth wedding anniversary.
Sorellina is our favorite restaurant in Boston. The food and service are consistently good and the ambiance is lively.
We had the most amazing 50th Anniversary Dinner on Friday evening. Our table was the very best in the restaurant as was the service! Our server, Sebastian was just about the best server we've ever had in a dining experience.
Thank you for making our evening so lovely in every way. Oh and yes, the food was divine, from the beautiful warm bread, to the amazing Veal Saltimbocca and the perfect gelato!
Lois and Dave Ardito
Outstanding dining experience. Great service and outstanding food.
One of the best restaurants in Boston. One of my, now favorites. The food and service was outstanding. I took my family and friends there for a birthday celebration and it was perfect. So elegant and sophisticated.
Brilliant food. Everything was exceptional. Great acoustics.
Amazing amazing amazing
The food was excellent, one of our best meals in Boston. And the service was impeccable—Sebastian was our server and he was charming, informative, friendly and professional. He made our experience at Sorellina even better than it already was!
We had a great experience with the family for a special occasion. The staff was extra ordinarily attentive to giving us the space to enjoy our dinner which we greatly appreciated. They also of course delivered a fantastic dinner. The sommelier advised us on several fantastic glasses of wine that rounded out our meal.
Expensive but worth it. Outstanding food and service.
Underwhelming and overpriced.
Love this place.
The service and people at Sorellina are top notch and amazing. Everyone knew the answers to all our questions about the menu, regardless if they were our assigned waiter, the sommelier, or even the one that refilled water and cleared plates. All were courteous and extremely attentive. The people of Sorellina are easily the best part of the entire experience.
The ambiance was excellent for both dates and business dinners. Table setting was excellent and the lighting level was appropriate. We did not feel like we were crammed into our seats and had plenty of room to maneuver.
The food was adequate. This is my personal opinion, but I did not feel that the quality of the food met the value paid. Obviously, your mileage may vary. In terms of flavor and seasoning, everything seemed just slightly off. However, the freshness and quality of the ingredients were unassailable. Unfortunately, it was the manner the ingredients were treated that seemed to be at issue.
I would return to see if the other menu items had the same issues, and I am confident that the level of service will be equally excellent. I would, however, hesitate to recommend Sorellina until I found what menu items they truly do well.
Sorellina never disappoints! Have been coming here for years, mostly for various special occasions. This last visit was a birthday celebration. Food was amazing as always - and the service was impeccable - Nancy, our server, couldn't have been more accommodating. We'll be back!!!!
My father ordered lamb chops and one was overcooked
I ordered the veal and it was good!
The deserts were amazing
A bit pricey for what you get
Great room and service . But how the food has slipped . Always loved the food and was prepared to pay up for it in combination of ambiance and service .
But the value is not there with bland uninspired dishes . 5 dinners all commented on how it is just not the same . Intervention required !!
Best innovative pastas in Boston! Service was amazing! Attentive but not intrusive. Great wine list! Especially liked the gnocchi!
We had a lovely intimate dinner. I highly recommend the restaurant. Everything was excellent,
Fantastic food, great service and wonderful ambience.
This restaurant is very expensive. For the money we've had much better veal - not as chewy
and fatty. We were disappointed.
We love the restaurant and we visit every time we are in town.
Unfortunately they sat us at a tight table between a column and a window. My husband is tall and claustrophobic so he did not enjoy the experience this time.
Other than that, we love the food and the service is excellent.
Sorellina is a beautiful space and is accurate in its descriptions of itself as “casual elegance.”
