Sora is a deliberately thought out plan to bring an elevated sushi experience to the Midwest.
Visit us on social @eatatsora for all updates to our menu and events!
Sunday through Wednesday we offer a wide variety of sushi and hot-line items until 10pm but our bar will stay open later for guest to enjoy cocktails and the ambiance.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday we offer our full menu from 4-11 and a limited "late-night" menu from 11-1 for anyone that is looking for a late bite. Our bar on the weekend is full service until 2am always offering great music, friendly staff and eclectic vibes. Annually a "Best Of" winner. Come and join us!

    The Sora Omakase experience invites you to enjoy an 18+ course tasting led by Head Chef Kevin Wang. Each tasting is hosted in Sora's private dining room and uniquely designed. Please allow up to 3 hours for your booking. Each course is freshly prepared, presented, and enjoyed during that time. Sake pairings for each course are also available upon request.     This place was extremely underwhelming. I came here for my girlfriends birthday because the pictures online make it look like a great establishment. We started out with some cocktails ($16) and they both tasted like soap. Then we got the crispy rice and they give you 4 for $16. We got the street corn but it was very bland, with spice but no accompanying flavor like regular elotes. Then we got a few sushi rolls and it was all rice with no fish. The fish tasted too fishy and not in a good way. I can tell people come here for the decorations in the restaurant and not the food.

    Went for drinks on a Wednesday, no crowd whatsoever. Drinks and food came very quickly, some of the best sushi in the city.

    Lovely atmosphere. The food was uninspired. Some of the dishes were good. The spicy crab crispy rice and the chili wontons were tasty. I probably would not return for a meal. When introducing the sushi, the server said that the restaurant doesn't use a lot of rice. I disagree.

    I love Sora and my friends and I haven’t been in awhile. We were soooooo excited to go. I had an unpleasant incident with one of my appetizers that could not be overlooked. Doug (the manager) was so kind and caring and genuine in making sure I was ok and taking care of the issue. Not only did he replace it and take it off my bill, he also comped my first drink and all my friends first drink at the table. Unbelievable customer care and service for sure! I’m back on here to reserve our next ladies night lol.

    We really loved our reservation at Sora. We celebrated a birthday and that was definitely the right occasion to come for this restaurant. In general, the food was really great, we ordered the truffle avocado crispy rice which was great, and the potstickers which were ok. For our mains, we got a few different sushi roles, all of which were delicious and well-presented. We ended up getting the lemon basil Thai creme brûlée which was the best thing we ate all night. I highly recommend this restaurant, it has an interesting take on the delicious cuisine.

    Strong choice for dining. Those looking for more traditional Japanese cuisine may be disappointed as the options are somewhat limited and those available not as authentic. Some dishes are great and others meh. Let your server guide you. Our service and server was excellent. Food/drink delivery time was outstandingly fast.

    Our server was amazing, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the food, the drinks and pairings. He was very attentive and not pressuring at all! The food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful, however portions may be a bit small, as normal with sushi portions most of the time, however the price is very reasonable for the experience!

    My hubby and I sat at the bar and have a leisurely 2 hour nibbling and drinking experience. If it says "spicy" on the menu, believe it. The Spicy Edamame was incredible. The shrimp California roll was spectacular. As someone who is gluten intolerant, the alternative menu with GF, V, and VG options was impressive. The bowls were great, but the star was the sushi. Thanks to our bartender, Kyle, who comped us a round of drinks when he found out we had to cancel our vacation to Greece and were trying to have a fun day in the CLE.

    A very good sushi restaurant. My wife and I had spicy edamame, spicy crab salad, a spider roll, and a sake roll. The spider roll was good. The other 3 items were spectacular. Our waiter, Archie, was very good.

    My coworkers and I were in town for a conference. We asked our server for a couple of recommendations and nothing disappointed us. The appetizers were good, drinks were good, sushi was good (and not too big or too small.) We even tried the crime brûlée which was tropical and surprisingly lite. I’d recommend this place to any out of towner looking for a cute location with great food. Heck locals should try it too!

    We thought it'd be better because the appetizer was great. But the entrees and bowls were subpar. The initial host was amazing but there server was not. Drinks were amazing though. The salmon sushi was really good. But that's about it.

    Had dinner before a show. The food was really good. If I had one suggestion it would be to expand the sushi selection. Much of it was cooked, with only variations of tuna raw. However, all the dishes were well presented and flavorful. Will be back.

    The drunken noodles were extremely salty. We had to ask for it to be sent back. The service was a bit off at the end. I had to find the waitress at the end to pay the bill. The ambiance was very refreshing, and the other food we ordered was delicious.

    The crust rice app and dumplings app were both really good, the two specialty rolls we had were awesome, and the cocktails were both solid as well. We were there celebrating a birthday and they comped our creme brûlée as well.

    We had an amazing time. Our server KJ was the best. She was engaging, she knew the menu, made recommendations and took amazing care of us. Can definitely recommend this restaurant for sushi and Korean food.
