Service was one star. Food two stars. We arrived at 6:30 for our reservation. We had an 8 pm show at the Pantages next door. We did receive water fairly quickly but it took 25 minutes for our server to show up and ask if we wanted anything to drink/eat. This was only prompted after I asked the hostess where our server was. 4 other couples who were seated within minutes of us all left before the server arrived. Once we ordered, our appetizers and main course arrived within minutes of one another. We then had to physically track down our server to get coffee and check (BTW- THEY ADDED A 20% TIP TO OUR BILL FOR A PARTY OF TWO?) My husband had to ask three separated times for creamer once coffee arrived. In closing I waffled between one and two but the audacity to add a 20% tip for such poor service to our check was ridiculous.

Under-staffed with a single server on Valentine's Day. No floor Manager on duty, unprofessional/inexperienced staff. Food has potential, fresh pasta but swimming in oil under a heat lamp, decent apps and pizza. Hoping management will invest and realize this potential!

The food was average at best. The Chicken Parmesan was not a Chef cooked or prepared fresh meal. At best it was a frozen and tough pressed chucked patty, very very thin. The best part of the meal was the sauce, the salad and my company.

Food is actually excellent which is surprising because the place doesn’t feel fully open and there’s no ambience and the furniture is cheap looking. Hope they figure it out. Definitely worth going for the food!

Limited menu and wine list but overall it was an amazing dining experience. Would recommend to all that have an event to attend up town.

Fettucini, Bucatini and gnocchi were awful. Absolutey no flavor in the alfredo sauce. The pasta undercooked. The gnocchi flavorless and undercooked. It took over 20 minutes for the server to come to our table. We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. We had to constantly wave our server over to get anything She did not come by occasionally to check on us. The only redeeming thing was the focaccia bread and aracini.

Out of Coffee and gnocchi on Saturday night. Since menu was limited overall anyway this was not a good sign. All food items heavy on salt levels except the pizza which was good. They still have some start up challenges.

The service here was terrible. When we arrived there was a really nice man that greeted us and walked us to our table; it went downhill from there. We waited 10-15 minutes to be greeted by our waiter. It was 30 minutes and my water glass was still empty. My husband ordered wine and that took 15 mins to arrive at the table. The food arrived and it was meh. I will not go back.

Overall the experience was good. The food was good but I missed the extras that come at most restaurants. Things like bread, or soup and salad. I tried the Alfredo dish and asked if I could add chicken, the answer was no, and one other thing a single glass of wine was $19.00 a glass . way to expensive in my opinion but I am not an expert on wines . The Alfredo dish was very good and my friend said her Chicken Parmesan was good too!
