   This restaurant is an absolute favorite! We live in Orange County, and come here for dinner every time we visit San Diego. The food, and service is extraordinary! Until our next visit!

   Food and service were phenomenal but because we were a party of 7 we had to sit outside which was bad because the planes that kept passing were very loud and hard for conversations.

   We ordered the bolognese rigatoni, spinach stuffed ravioli, rock fish, bread and ricotta stuffed squash blossoms. It was all delicious! It was a Monday night so the restaurant wasn’t full and therefore quiet. It worked perfectly for us. The service was spot on too. If you love authentic Italian, I’d definitely pick this spot.

   Elevated dishes with sophisticated flavors, that are very fresh, distinctive, and delicious. Thank you for incorporating vegetarian and vegan dishes with such lovely flavors and a beautiful presentation, made by a caring staff who look like they are truly enjoying what they are doing. We certainly enjoyed the evening and the entire meal, and will be sure to return.

    Solare is always a great choice for a date, family or business dinner. The food is “chef’s kiss” incredible and the ambiance equally as lovely. Randy and his crew are amazing
