   We had the pre theatre menu. Amazing food, each course different, beautifully presented and delicious. Service excellent. And worked really well as a pre theatre meal in terms of timings. Definitely recommend for a treat.

   Food was delicious and the service was really friendly. Dishes were presented beautifully and the ambience was pleasant. Only downside - I would have appreciated a wider selection of drinks being offered e.g cocktail/digestif/coffee. It felt very much like you were being forced down the route of taking champagne, bottles of wine, or wine pairing - all of which were expensive and not necessarily what we wanted at the time. We ended up requesting glasses of wine (because we wanted different wines) which were not advertised and were just under £30 each for the cheapest options. Some other restaurants of similar style and quality have innovative cocktail lists or extensive spirit menus which I’d personally rather spend my money on, but I did enjoy the wine I had. I would recommend if you’re after somewhere that has enough ceremony for a special occasion without feeling too stuffy.

   Excellent. The food was very good, definitely worthy of its star; Act I was particularly noteworthy. But what pushed it beyond - indeed beyond its one star - was the service, which was superlative.

   We had a fabulous lunch, every course had so much flavour.. it was incredible.. the staff are so knowledgeable.

   First impression not great. Restaurant smelled intensely of acrid vinegar (window cleaner) and receptionist biting her nails. Service was super nice and food&wine good (at very high price). Some dishes not very balanced (eg super sour sauce with sashimi and sour&hard gels). Nice idea with the many small bites with Japanese influence but would not recommend/come again
