This place is a gem. It is a little hard to find, but worth the search. The specialty drinks and the food (including dessert) were excellent. Our server, Daniel, managed to be both attentive and entertaining. We will definitely be eating there again.

We'd read a rave review of the restaurant in Westways Magazine and decided to try it for Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week. It's tucked away behind the pool at the Paloma Resort (note this looks VERY fun for families!) and offers charming traditional decor, though all the hard surfaces means it quickly got pretty loud, even though the restaurant wasn't full at the time. It was our understanding that they were short-handed, so service was a bit slow, but we were seated right away and enjoyed drinks (a terrific, berry-filled red Sangria and a beer my husband loved called Bad Hombre) while we waited. We ordered from the special prix fixe menu, which included a tapa, main, and dessert, and it was PLENTY filling. I had the mushroom croquette, while my husband tried the jamon croquette; both had excellent texture and flavor. We each got the seafood paella, which offered the traditional combination of crispy and fluffy saffron bomba rice along with generous portions of perfectly tender calamari, mussels, clams, and two wonderful jumbo prawns. I can't imagine how it could be improved. For dessert, my husband had the cheesecake and I had the flourless chocolate cake, both of which were very generous portions, garnished with plentiful fresh berries. The cake was, in essence, a big wedge of the richest, chocolatiest fudge you've ever had, on an equally delectable, crispy crust. I HIGHLY recommend ending your meal with it! We will definitely be back, because the regular menu is filled with dishes we were sorely tempted to try but were glad we didn't, as we waddled back to our car.

Delicious paella - perfect chorizo and shrimp and fish - and awesome cheesecake and chocolate cake to end a meal. Wonderful chef and super service with Daniel. Looking forward to going back 🇪🇸

The food and service were excellent. While the ambience was somewhat lacking, the staff and the food made up for it. The prices were reasonable, and cocktails were nicely crafted. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

We went for their special Restaurant Week 2025 menu, our first time there. Both appetizer selections that we ordered, croquettes, were very small. For the main entree, we both ordered a different paella, one meat and shrimp and one seafood. The presentation of the paellas was beautiful, but the taste was very blah. Even salt and pepper would have helped! By contrast, the service was quite good. And they had a nice assortment of wines by the glass. Sadly, we have decided not to return.

What a unique find! This restaurant is located in the middle of a boutique hotel, Paloma. The facility is modern and yet the restaurant takes you back to the days of the stagecoach when the adobe was built. It is beautifully decorated in a Spanish/Moorish style. The food is excellent and so is the service. I higly recommend you try this hidden gem in Cathedral City!

The atmosphere and service were commendable. The presentation of the dishes was visually appealing; however, the flavors did not fully meet our expectations.
