   We have been to Sol Bistro about 5x and it never disappoints. The menu and wine list continue to evolve and expand focusing on seasonal ingredients. As a vegan with many food sensitivities, this resturant is a welcome option for a fine dining experience. Debbie, the owner and chef is also amazing. She has a high level of attention to the quality of the food and wine she offers. Vthe space is small and intimate and allows for an enjoyable experience. Courses are served with the whole dining experience in mind. This is not a fast food resturant. Items are cooked to order and our dining experience usually lasts about 2 hours. Definitely don't pass up the Elixers...we especially love the after dinner elixir called the Nightcap. Debbie and her team are definitely filling a niche in the resturant market. We would highly recommend and will be back again soon.

   The wine was excellent selection and the soup was very good. However the main course was supposed to be farm to table ……what a joke!!!! Ordered penne pasta and was told that they had no penne only spiral pasta. We were there at 5:00 pm. The dishes were just a pasta with a ordinary sauce. Where was the farm to table?? So over priced for the quality. So disappointed. Will never come here again!!

   The menu is compact, exceptionally flavorful and reasonably priced. The entire staff is geared for excellent service in a non rushed environment. You have to try this restaurant if you haven’t already. It has a totally European ambiance.

    We loved this place! We sat outside, which was very nice - comfortable and quiet. The dishes we got were phenomenal - the charred sea bass was incredible. Some of the best I've ever had. We would highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return next time we're in the St. Pete area.

    Food was lovely per usual. The grilled peach salad was to live for. I had the filet and it’s always perfection. My wife had the shrimp and she said it was cooked perfectly and our friend had the meatloaf and really enjoyed it. We sat outside and are happy they play the nice chill music outside as well to add to the ambiance. Love to come her knowing we can get a clean and healthful meal.

    Exquisite dining with healthy and innovative choices. The grilled peach salad with family recipe pesto and balsamic dressings was extraordinary. Such a classy hip decor with the "skeletons" of lamps shades casting gentle light from a black ceiling. Black cloth napkins and table cloths added to the classy atmosphere. We ordered several appetizers and sides taking advantage of the gluten free organic locally sourced ingredients. Every bite so savory. Can't wait to go again. Definitely make reservations--although the intimate atmosphere and food would be well worth the wait.

    My husband and I went to Sol for a date night. We ordered meatloaf and a half-baked dish. The meatloaf was dry while the half-bake was decent and slightly salty. The service was excellent and friendly.

    We took my in-laws for their 60th anniversary. My mother-in-law has Celiac disease, so dining out is difficult. Well, not here. This is a gluten free facility. The owner talked her through the extensive gluten free menu options and it ended up being the best meal she’s ever had. She chose the scallops and the rest of us chose a variety of options, including salads, steak, regular potatoes, vegan scalloped potatoes, and desserts for all. It was truly a wonderful experience and meal for all of us. We will be back, even without my in-laws. A new favorite!

    I'm a huge fan. This is my third visit to Sol and I've yet to lack complete amazement at how wonderful my experience there continues to be. Debbie and the gang really know what they're doing in every phase of the restaurant and their warm inviting and bubbly personalities make dining there incredibly joyful. If your goal is to eat wonderful food and feel special Sol is the place to go.

    Absolutely amazing in every way. The food was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. Some of the best gluten free options I’ve ever had. Service was timely and impeccable, yet unobtrusive. Decor was simple and had an understated elegance. We will be back!

    Portions are much too small. Chairs are uncomfortable for extended wait on food to-be prepared. Price charged is roughly 30% too high in all aspects.

    Four of us for dinner and we were really surprised at the creativity of the dishes. The main dishes were excellent. It is hard to judge the noise level since it was not full when we were there. We did find it a little dark but got used to it after a while.

    One of the best meals we've had since moving to St. Pete a little over a year ago! We LOVE that they don't use seed oils or other inflammatory ingredients and most everything is locally sourced. The menu us varied and the service was wonderful too! We will go back again & again!

    Absolutely must come here!!!! Wow, just wow. First of all Debbie, a hard working owner truly loves her restaurant. She takes pride in having an entire gluten free menu. Every detail and every pairing of food is fantastic. It was a quiet ambiance. So enjoyable, great atmosphere. I am so grateful I found this place on open table. Debbie keep up the good work.     Amazing !!! We really enjoyed our evening at SOL. The food and service was excellent. The wine list was good but because of the small batch nature some of the wines were not available. However, the staff was very helpful in suggesting a similar wine. I can't wait to go again. Cheers !!!

    We had a birthday celebration for three of the four of us. We sat outside and had an amazing experience. The service is impeccable and the food! The food! This is my absolute favorite restaurant. No matter your dietary need, everyone has a fabulous dining experience.
