A wonderful experience! From the pre-dinner cocktails to the French onion soup and the best yellowfin tuna I’ve ever experienced, this place was amazing. The owner comped my wife’s birthday dessert and then comped mine staying I must be having a birthday this year. Great food, excellent service, and a quaint atmosphere. We will certainly be back.

I like seeing no seed oil and farm to table options in saint pete, but this one missed the mark a bit for us. This is a very intimate dining experience, dimly lit with only about ten or so tables inside. The cocktails are all $18 and after ordering a couple, I would NOT recommend the new fashioned or mojito. The new fashioned seemed like the bartender let the drink sit awhile and the ice was mostly melted by the time they served it and my mojito had a off flavor I couldn't quite place. almost like diet soda or some other artificial flavor. The Chilean seabass was good but was a very small plate with just a little puree and a spiral of zucchini on it for $59 (roughly). The lions mane mushroom was also good but the veg on that plate was some type of spinach which I thought was slimy and had little flavor. An issue for us was that we asked our server for some recommendations for drinks and food and each time she said something like how they were all such different options but everything on the menu was equally good. We all know some items on a menu are more popular than others, so why not ensure a diner's enjoyment by suggesting some of those items? By some comments made, she seemed like an owner. We also thought there were not enough animal proteins and animal cheeses on the menu. Overall, great concept, but I think they need to work on their offerings.

An unforgettable evening! We had the 4 course pre fix menu, which was an excellent way to experience all Sol has to offer. The food is delicious organic, non GMO and made without seed oils which we very much appreciated! This is a place you will absolutely want to go back to!

Absolutely fantastic establishment! Amazing food, great service. Such a good restaurant for a variety of diets. Great spot to go for vegans and meat eaters alike. The plant-based food was phenomenal.

Fabulous dinner! Was a birthday celebration for my friend. Food, service and cosy ambiance were superb. Loved the attention to gluten -free and allergy sensitive menu without sacrificing any taste quality. One of first restaurants who actively wanted to provide a quality dinner suited to my allergy issues we had steak and tuna steak with delicious vegetable sides. They thoughtfully treated my friend to a free dessert for her birthday. i would return in a heartbeat!

Fantastic meal. We had the four course prix fixe menu which included a cocktail, soup, salad, entree and desert. All high quality ingredients and generous portions. Would highly recommend. Ron provided amazing service and a great experience all around.
