Nice restaurant, but nothing to be excited about. I had the lasagna, which was decent. But it was mostly noodles and cheese - almost no meat or sauce. It tasted fine/good, but was disappointing as a meal. I appreciate that the place is gluten free - huge plus. The service was good and the place was pleasant. I also found the menu to be overly complicated. I get what they're going for, but it's execution is off. They'd be better to have their 4 course meal as a separate menu. Also, they'd benefit from dropping all the fancy jargon for their menu. Maybe some people eat this up. I wanted to like it more - other reviews were great. But for a simple $150 meal for 2, it does not live up to the hype, at all.

Dined as a group of 6 in town for a conference and heard great things about Sol. We were not disappointed. We opted for the a la carte menu rather than the Prix Fixe but honestly I can’t see how you could go wrong with either. We started with the Mushroom Bruschetta which was fantastic (order 2 just to be safe). The onion soup was also very good. For entrees we all struggled to decide but the staff was great with their recommendations. I highly recommend the Tuna with the Filet accompaniment Asian style. It was amazing. Cocktails were excellent as well and we finished off with a few of the great desserts. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and just a great experience overall. We will be back.

Wonderful experience. From start to finish. If you are celiac and are truly gluten free, this is the safe place to eat! Fermented alcohol, the most delicious bread, lasagna to die for, melty steak. They were attentive and caring and love serving yummy food. Thank you all!

We started with French onion soup which was ok but far from what real French onion soup tastes like. The mushroom bruschetta was good but not as good as tomato bruschettas we have had. We both had the turkey lasagna which again was OK but certainly not as good as we have had at other restaurants. The service was friendly but way too quick for a fine dining eatery. Our plates were cleared even while others in our party were still eating. Most annoying was our apps and entrees were served way too quickly . Apps within 5-10 min of being seated then entrees as soon as the apps were finished. The restaurant was pretty empty so they didn’t need the tables. In and out in under one hour. We won’t be going back.

Clean and meticulously sourced ingredients. Absolutely cooked with skill and care. Excellent service and staff. Everyone was knowledgeable about the food and I observed our server skillfully answer so many questions about the food , allergy information and so much more. A truly unique gastronomic experience, where it's evident there is passion and excellent leadership amongst the staff. Everyone was alert , professional and anticipated guests needs right away. 10/10 . Will be coming back.

To say this place is AMAZING doesn't do justice. We've wanted to try Sol for a very long time, but always waited too long and couldn't get a reservation at a time we wanted. For my partner's birthday, I made the reservation about two weeks out. I can't say enough about the food and the service. The owners visit the table during your visit and are genuine in their effort to make their customers feel comfortable and at home. It's pricey and worth it. Can't wait to go back!!

This is a must try! The food was outstanding with so many different dish options that you will have to go back to try more. The owners are running the restaurant which is so cool to see. We can’t wait to go back.
