The view was great, the service was attentive, and the setting was nice. The grupper was cooked to the consistency of shoe leather and put a big damper on the experience. Prices were extremely high and I’ll find better places to enjoy seafood for the remainder of the trip.

Just the view and atmosphere alone made the dinner a delight. On top of that, Omil, our waiter, went beyond expectations and made the night perfect. Thank you for a beautiful evening!

Date night out, looking for something relaxed, but not too loud or touristy. The vibe was comfortable, service was great, and we really enjoyed the food. Pork Fritters and Lobster Mac were highlights! Will be back.

Was our first visit. Prices seem expensive for bringing our own snapper to be prepared - more than your menu snapper sandwich. Cool atmosphere and great seating. Staff was friendly and helpful!

I was genuinely shocked by how terrible this year’s Mother’s Day brunch was at Sol by the Sea, especially after how amazing it was last year. Last year’s experience had multiple live cooking stations, an ice sculpture overflowing with seafood, and a vibrant, festive atmosphere. This year? None of that. There was barely any food. No seafood at all—just one sad mahi mahi dish that ended up making both me and my grandmother sick. The food options were extremely limited, maybe three actual dishes to choose from, and the eggs were cold and borderline inedible. I paid $95 for what, exactly? To make matters worse, they charged an additional $25 for bottomless mimosas and drinks. For a $95 brunch, drinks should absolutely be included—brunch is literally known for that. It honestly felt like a scam. The only saving grace was the staff. They were kind, attentive, and clearly aware of how far below expectations this year’s event fell compared to last year. They tried their best to make things right, and I appreciate that, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to justify the cost or the overall experience. This was not the Mother’s Day I was hoping for. I won’t be returning next year, and I can’t recommend this brunch to anyone based on what I experienced. Extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed by buffet being extremely basic, very poor choices, even though meet was good. Actual food available on buffet has nothing to do with pictures shown on hotel website which is misleading. Advised manager about disappointment. Will not go back.
