   The staff was INCREDIBLE!!!! And the food was so amazing. We really had an amazing time at Sofia for my friends 30th birthday. I’m so glad we decided to go there. Can’t stop thinking about their pasta

   The food was delicious as always! My wife and I went there for our six year wedding anniversary, it is definitely one of our favorite places to go. We will always recommend Sofia!

   This experience was all over the place! We had a party of 7 celebrating a high school graduation and most of us hadn't been to Sophia before. I'll start with positives: the place is very nice aesthetically - the decor was really well done and we were seated at a nice hightop table. Most of our food was delicious - I highly suggest the ricotta and any of the pasta dishes (the pesto one was our favorite). The only "miss" was the charcuterie board, which was extremely weak for $36. And absolutely no explanation as to what was on it - they just put it down in front of us and walked away. Although our server was extremely pleasant, she would disappear for long periods of time. Initial drink order was taken when we sat down and they came out in batches with really long periods of time between (to the point where we thought they had forgotten about one of the spitzers we ordered). And we were only asked if we wanted a second round of drinks well over an hour and a half into our meal. The food service was also really choppy - there was almost an hour between course 1 and course 2 with no server in sight. We watched wait staff try to deliver food to the wrong tables 3 different times - it just felt really chaotic overall. There was also a mix-up with dessert and they accidentally ordered 6 limoncellos instead of 1 orangecello (which didn't even come until after we finished dessert and closed the bill out). We watched the bartender and server have a slight awkward altercation just a few feet away from us and then the bartender dumped the extra drinks down the drain in disgust. It was vey uncomfortable as a guest. I think we probably had an out of the ordinary experience there, because I've heard nothing but rave reviews.

   They accommodated our large group, but as the person who was being celebrated the appetizer I ordered for the table took a long time to come that the waitress said it was going to be taken off the bill and 10 mins later it came out. Then when our mains came out, my meal never came finally got a hold off our waitress to tell her and she acted shocked. My pasta finally came out when everyone else was finished eating. The bill came and to my surprise the appetizer was still on there even though the waitress said she was taking it off. I brought it to her attention and she took care of it along with my meal since I waited so long and couldn’t finish it as it was so late. She was great and very helpful, but the restaurant needs to work on making sure everyone gets their meals at a large table and hire more staff. My waitress had like 3 large groups and that seemed hard to manage.

   Great dinner tonight everything was fantastic we definitely will go back. And the category of better if. It would be great to have a few spoons come with the courses to be able to share easily

    Good food! My teens and I enjoyed, especially since they're not a fan of traditional New Orleans food.
