Four floors of great eating and drinking opposite Smithfield Meat Market, 'SMITHS’ of Smithfield is an all-day drinking & dining venue celebrating the best of British – bringing the unbeatable taste of British meat together with the finest British seasonal produce. The ground floor is home to the ‘SMITHS’ Café during the day, where you can enjoy honest, hearty dishes whilst soaking up the vibrant atmosphere. The menu includes old favourites such as the Fish Finger Sandwich and more recent additions like Eggs Porky (pulled pork, poached eggs, muffin, hollandaise).

Not to scare off any vegetarians though, as there's also plenty of veggie options.

The Ground Floor transitions into 'SMITHS' Bar early evening so if you are in the mood, finish your coffee and see day through to night with a local craft beer, glass of wine or a cocktail with a 'SMITHS' twist.

    Perfect place in my neighbourhood for a Sunday brunch. Plenty of food and great service. Also very affordable.

    I ordered steak and eggs, they forgot the eggs - when the eggs finally arrived I had finished my meal. No adjustment to the bill, and they got the drinks order wrong too. Wasn’t the waitress’ fault. I saw her ask the manager about the bill, and he told her not to reflect the poor service. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

    Very slow service. Took 50 mins to get breakfast. Virtually no service at all. Very short staffed. Took 10 mins to catch someone’s eye to get milk for my tea! Bacon hard, beans terrible. Shame

    Food was terrible (chicken burger tasteless, focaccia hard), service took too long even though it was mostly empty, but the bloody Mary was fantastic. Haven't been in a while and won't be back again soon.

    Good location close to Farringdon station. Food and service was fine also. Would use this place again for a meeting place for a quick bite before work.

    The venue is really nice, great for big groups of friends / colleagues. The food was good, but the service a little slow, we had to wait 45 minutes for the food to arrive. At least we had the drinks quickly. Overall, I do recommend!
