   Ive been to Smith many times and have had 5 star service, but not today. Dont take a table near the bar on a Sunday. Service was non existent. Waited and waited to connect w server - to place order, to order another drink, clear our dishes, etc….and also waited 30 min for someone to stop by and bring the check. Thankfully was with a friend who needed to catch up with on a lot of topics. The service was not good today. We left a tip commensurate w the service.

   This is our first time at Smith and we were not super impressed. I think it’s a great bar, but the restaurant side isn’t much to write home about. The service was slow. Our order was messed up and it took forever to get our check. It’s a fun little location, but if you’re looking for a good dining, this is not your spot.

   The restaurant has a great aesthetic and delicious drink menu, but the food left quite a lot to be desired. We shared three options from the small plates and entrees as well as a dessert and the overall feeling was that the seasoning was very hit or miss. The poutine with brisket was excellent, but the rest of our dinner options (tuna nicoise and zucchini fritters) were textureless and very under seasoned. The seasonal pound cake was presented confusingly as a layer cake and was overwhelming salty.

   Been here many times. This time the steak was a little over seasoned. So were the fries. However, still good and a great place to eat. (this is the first time I give it a 3 instead of a 4)

   Great service and food during our visit for Sunday brunch - I forget our server's name but he was a skinny guy with longer curly hair. He was great. Food was fabulous, and the drinks weren't too pricey for what they were

   Love this place. The only ding I would give them, and really it isn't a big thing, is they have taxidermy on the walls. A couple mounted deer heads and some birds. I don't really care for having dead animals staring at me while I eat with my friends. Other than this little detail, probably unique to me, this is an outstanding place.

   Love Smith! Second time I have been there in two weeks. The small plates are excellent. Get a couple of those, split an entree, order a great cocktail and you have a fabulous dinner. Also love the ambiance.

    I really liked it, but like many restaurants, needs to bring down the volume for make it possible for me and my boyfriend to actually have a good conversation. Served well for brunch, the eggs Benedict and mushroom Benedict we orders we as good, could bring out the lemon/acid and the color(tumeric?) For how little it added for flavor.
