   Nice friendly staff & friendly manager. The food was delicious and filling. Nice recommendations from the manager. Would come again and recommend small & beautiful to friends and family.

   Our first time at Small and Beautiful. We were visiting the Kiln theatre and were looking for a restaurant close by. This restaurant fitted the bill as we like Italian and being an independent establishment we were further encouraged. The food and service was very good and we would happily visit again.

   Neither small or beautiful, this is an average place to eat. The staff were very friendly apart from the owner who they all seemed scared of and who appeared not to talk very nicely to any of them. Food is nothing more than average so we will be looking for somewhere nicer next time we visit Kilburn. Desserts are best avoided. NOTE - Since posting the above the owner has sent me a private message accusing me of not writing an honest review and simply visiting to 'monitor what we do'. I note he has replied to several reviews on TripAdvisor likewise.

   Dear NealIT, We are sorry we haven't met your expectations. Customers have described it differently from their experience at small & beautiful. We will take your feedback into consideration, however, I'm assuming this isn't an honest review and perhaps you didn't come to enjoy yourself but rather to monitor what we do. Regarding the boss, he works with his daughters and the rest of his family. And I'm delighted you will look at other venues in Kilburn next time you come.

   Very good Italian restaurant - traditional in appearance and ambience. Good food, somewhat limited wine list.

   A friendly Italian restaurant with a very traditional feel. Cosy and intimate atmosphere despite its size. Delicious food in generous portions.

    I picked this place from the internet but was genuinely surprised by what a nice place it is. Very convenient to Kiln Theatre with outstanding service, friendly, efficient and got us to the theatre in good time. Food good if not outstanding. Friends paid so I am bit unsure but it looked to be excellent value for money.
