Very easy place to book and have your meal before your concert and you are not rushed off your table once reserved. You can also hear yourself chat

restaurant very very loud and echoes caused my group to shout across table to be heard ,service very slow due to lack of staff ,given table with no menus ,and no instructions of how to order food .very disappointed as reputation is better than the actual experience .

Hot fresh food lovely waiting and bar staff maybe a little too noisy if you go there for a catch up and want to talk but didn't bother us we enjoyed the atmosphere

I’ve been to this place before and had a lovely time, however this time was different. Went to the bar to find our table and it could not be found. Eventually found a table. The food and drinks were great but the cleanliness of the floor was not good there was rubbish everywhere.

When arriving there is nowhere to say you need to go upstairs for your booking. There were no staff to be seen we just chanced it going upstairs after standing waiting to find someone for 10 minutes. We then waited over an hour for food yet everyone who came in after us we’re served within 20 minutes and even left.. When we asked about where the food was we were asked what we ordered so we said a platter about and 10 minutes later we were bought the wrong one. When I explained this they asked if I had a receipt which I didn’t just the notification on my Apple Pay as they didn’t give me one. I was asked to go to the bar to explain the situation to the person I ordered with who printed the receipt to prove I’d ordered. I had to explain the situation about 5 times to another staff member then the chef and finally the manager. No one actually offered a solution I was just told the kitchen never received the order so I asked can we have the right thing so they said yes yet nothing else was to be offered by them so I said we’ve waited over an hour we’re starving, going to be late is there nothing else you can do they agreed to a drink each but it was awkward to even have had to asked.
