    Overall not a great experience. Sat at a table facing the sun. Asked for the shade to be lowered a little to block, never happened. Had to reposition to face away from view. Food was ok nothing over the top. Service was mediocre. So many other places to go that would have saved you money and filled your belly better! Also, required to buy gondola pass on top of it to get there was a racket. Over all, not worth it!

    The restaurant is beautiful and very nicely decorated. The food was very good and very nicely presented. The staff was super friendly and helped with food and drink advice. The view is amazing. Most tables have a great view, but make sure you ask for a window table if you are 2 people.

    Lovely service from Bam, our server. Fantastic location with views to match. Food was excellent and beautifully presented. Pricey, but you get what you pay for and the location.

    We had an amazing experience. Fantastic food and great service. The view was spectacular. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    Oh my gosh. This place was the biggest disappointment of our entire trip to Banff. I booked this for my sister’s 50th birthday and it was horrible. The front staff are dismissive and just want you to go away. We arrived early and asked to have a drink at the bar and they said no even though there were 4 open stools at the bar?? I had let them know that is was my sisters 50th birthday and we would like a table near the window and they actually sat us as far away from the window as possible. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive. They must treat their staff terrible here because they are all grumpy and want you to leave. The food was the biggest disappointment! There were 5 of us that ordered 2 different dishes each and they were all tasteless, cold and some even inedible. Our server must have had way too many tables because she forgot it was my sisters birthday until it was time for the bill. She offered us bubbles at the very end?? We all declined at this point because the evening had gone so bad we just wanted to get out of there. Please don’t make the mistake of eating here and wasting your money. The view is not worth it. If you want good food and great service go to Brazen.

    What an amazing experience. The view was spectacular and ever changing. We saw stunning Mountain View’s with snow on the peaks and then we were in a cloud for a few minutes then back to stunning Mountain View’s again. I could not peel my eyes away from the windows. The wine selection was very nice and the black cod delectable. Add to it the gondola ride and ability to walk around outside. A must do.
