    The view was incredible as were the food and drinks. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience when combined with the gondola ride to get to the restaurant

    We had a wonderful first time experience! Even the children enjoyed it. Ages 6 & 9. They no longer had a children’s menu, but we were able to find something for them.

    We were seated promptly at our reserved time. Four of us ordered 3 entrees. A brisket sandwich, bangers and mash and chicken tenders. The brisket sandwich was adequate in taste & size but nothing out of the ordinary. The bangers & mash, marketed as a traditional English dish, was nothing like the Brits have on their island—the sausage tasted nothing like any of the the traditional English sausages. But the chicken tenders were outstanding. The batter was light and fluffy and the meat juicy & moist. A waiter told us that the one difference from KFC chicken was that the chicken was first brined in Kefir and/or yogurt. Whatever the reason, the result was outstanding chicken tenders. It being the busy tourist season, the restaurant was full and noisy and the staff looked a bit harassed as they rushed around to serve the guests.

    Amazing food and even better food! Make sure to purchase a gondola pass so you can get up to the restaurant!!

    Disappointed by the front-of-house experience We checked in 15 minutes early for our 7:00 PM reservation at Sky Bistro and requested a window seat. Despite being on time and asking politely, we ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes—only to be seated at a non-window table. What made it worse was overhearing another party of two with the same reservation time get seated at a window table after just a 5-minute wait. It was frustrating and confusing how the seating was managed, and unfortunately, the hostess seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which left a really negative first impression. Once seated, our server Lisa was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the dining part of the experience much better. But to be honest, by then we just wanted to eat and leave. The poor handling at the front took away from what should have been a special night.
